the last good night was a really really good one and i was scared it'd be terrible but it wasn't it was good and as we left the world seemed so much louder and we had to go home slowly because i couldn't really stand and when we got there my ears were ringing and the room was spinning - well, we were still outside - and i put my feet up on the table and you looked at me and went "man, that was great" and i thought you were right that WAS great and as i thought that all of a sudden it all made sense again like a curtain had lifted or a fog had lifted or a veil had lifted and i saw everything so clearly and i felt like shouting about just how good it all felt to just be alive and see the things we had just saw and know i can see so much more every single day for the rest of time forever and how i wanted to live forever and look forever and hear forever and exist forever but i couldn't really speak so i just went "yeah, it was" and then i went to the bathroom and threw up a little and you asked if i was alright and i went “man, that was great" and you grabbed me another beer and nothing else happened for the rest of time forever but i remember it was quiet except for the sounds and i fell asleep easily and i woke up feeling fine
