Context: So basically what happened is a mission went wrong and Giorno got heavily wounded (can that boy still be alive after so much blood loss??). Luckily Mista was near when things got bad and was able to help Giorno, taking him to a most likely private hospital and reassuring him that everything will be alright (”You will be alright!”).

The hands kind of symbolise Giorno’s connection with reality/him falling in and out of consciousness repeatedly (thus “You will be alright!” being more/less transparent and repeated so much). It could also be interpreted as Mista’s hand bringing Gio back to consciousness and pulling him out of the darkness? 

After Giorno woke up, Mista smooched him lots and cried oops-

Don’t hurt his bf or he’ll cry.

Then kill you.

Then cry again.

Gio’s recovery consists mainly of:

1) Mista acting like Bruno a mother

2) not letting Giorno do anything Mista that boy needs to run his mafia, please let him look through these documents 

3) and way too much cuddling.

I guess timeline-wise this happened not long after Giorno became a Don. Angst sweet angst...

So Lotor is dressed as an Altean royalty(?) and comes to meet our favourite princess to discuss things or something? And if he does have altean markings (as in the pic^), he shows them to Allura and she is surprised and goes “Holy shit” and yeah, that’s it!
