Join us at Boneshaker Books on Wednesday 6/22 for a workshop with Outfront MN. We'll be discussing the campaign against the upcoming marriage amendment and what we can do to defeat it. A discussion will follow about the state of GLBTQ affairs in MN in general.

The AK Distro Tour Comes to Minneapolis

Michelle Lee, a designer with the local publisher Free Spirit, will be talking about the publishing world and children’s books

Meet, Greet, Eat and Read

Book-lovers, come join us for an afternoon of conversation, delicious food and croquet!

This Saturday, June 4, at 2:00pm we’re having a picnic and bookswap at Matthews Park. Bring a book you’ve read and loved that you’re willing to part with in exchange for a new book to read. 

Folks are encouraged to bring food to share. Grills will be available for meat, vegetarian and vegan items.
