4heads 2016 Governors Island Art Fair (GIAF)

Part 3 of 4 sets of photographs by Blair Prentice from the 2016 Governors Island Art Fair, organized by 4heads.

Each weekend in September, New Yorkers are invited to indulge their curiosity at the 4heads Governors Island Art Fair (GIAF), where they can explore over 100 unique spaces - from prison cells to the living rooms and kitchens of dilapidated military barracks - that having been filled with artwork tailor-made to their locations. In an elevated atmosphere of excitement, visitors freely roam the facilities to discover the painting, photography, sculpture, installation, video and sound art.
