I’m feeling extremely weak and I’m having trouble exercising. I’ve only burned 200 of the 800 I set for my goal today so if I can hit 800, tonight I’ll have a cup of almond milk (30)
I haven’t been very active lately but I’ve been stuck in a bad binge restrict cycle since Christmas and it’s caused me to go from 98 pounds to 113 and I am actually actively suicidal so I am starting a 105 hour fast. after the 105, I think I will continue on only protein shakes for a few days after.
I am 8 hours in and I will be posting updates every two hours or so.
Goal 4+ day water fast + 3+ day protein shake mono
14 hours //
🌿✨ okay so I’m 14 hours into my fast, I’ve had water and coffee so far. my goal is to burn 1k calories today working out and hopefully 600-700 tomorrow as well.
18 hours //
I’m feeling not so angry at myself anymore but I feel very sad like my hard progress is all gone because of my lack of self control. this is will never NEVER happen again. I have decided that after this fast, I am on liquids only until I hit 104 pounds again.
34 hours //
I still very much want to die. I’m really upset that I let myself get like this again. I can’t handle a BMI over 17.0 and here I am !!! nearly BMI 19 suddenly and its killing me.
yesterday I had coffee and tea and chicken broth at bedtime because my stomach hurt so badly.
My exercise goal is 800 calories burned today !!
A lot of what we see on tumblr and instagram is edited to unrealistic proportions, and is extremely harmful to our self image as young women.
I think spreading pictures like this helps us set more realistic weight loss expectations, and helps make us feel better about the way our bodies are shaped.

@c0untingd0wn, oh, I’m sorry, are these just no good for you entitled Americans? Good ma’am, these are international measurements, meaning just about the whole fucking world uses them.
Thin Tips and Brands
-eggs are about 70 calories each, but egg whites are only 17 -spinach and lettuce are very low cal and super nutritious -Walden Farms has 0 calorie chocolate syrup (can freeze and make chocolate bars), marshmallow fluff, and other things -o'doughs has 100 calorie bagels -Arctic zero has amazing low cal ice creams (like 150 for the whole pint) -Sriracha or other hot sauce gives food more flavor with low calories -most salsas also are really low cal -you can eat and entire spaghetti squash for under 200 calories (it’s what I eat if I’m crazy hungry for dinner) and it’s really yum -be busy, you usually eat less if you stayed occupied doing something else -try lettuce wraps! Just sauté some veggies or meat and stuff it in the lettuce boat; it’s like tacos but without the calories + healthier -Nickles has light wheat bread that’s only 35 calories each -I try not to eat before noon (only coffee) -white sugar has 16.3 calories a tsp but stevia and other brands like it are calorie free sweeteners -most coffee creamers are around 35 calories a tbsp but skim milk only has about 9 -when I start craving apple pie I sauté thinly sliced apples in water, stevia, cinnamon, and some brown sugar until the apple slices are soft; it’s usually around 110 calories for the whole thing (I only eat half a time) -I don’t know about other stores, but at my grocery store there’s a diabetic section (near the pharmaceuticals) where there are a lot of 0 or low calorie options -when I think I’m going to binge I drink lo-carb Monster (the blue one) and usually it’s enough sweetness and filling to make me not want to eat everything in sight Stay safe loves! ❤️
