The living come with grassy tread
To read the gravestones on the hill;
The graveyard draws the living still,
But never anymore the dead.

Eyes in the Dark
1815 41st Ave. E. Seattle, WA 1999. At 2:05 am, the occasional cry can be heard from the families within the household, described as a ‘toddler imitation with a deep vocal range.’
The source seems to be that of an armless female humanoid that frequents one of the empty upstairs bedrooms. Its movements consist of a strange walk that doesn’t appear to propel the entity forward. This behavior can last up to forty minutes or until 3:00 am.
