What’s your worst nightmare during your work? When it comes to web developments and project deployments, my worst nightmare is having my website hacked. After all the hard works I’ve done, it’s just take a minute from someone to hack it and destroy everything. Feels like a bad day huh? Well, it is worst than that. I know that there’s come a point in your life that your site will be hacked after some precautions done but to destroy everything is not that I imagine.

Maybe someone feels they are superior to everyone because they called themselves the genius programming experts. But nonetheless to say, I think they are foolish enough to hack a website. Why does some wants to hack? Probably, because they want to get some information or just want to show that they are brighter than you or  wants to pest you. Whatever their reasons are, they are stupid. Everyone who learn some programming think they are the best, and then, the more they learn, the more they realize how ignorant they actually are.

There are a lot of motives why some hackers did it. Want to prove anything? Want for revenge? Want for superiority? Want to spy? Anyone can experience it at any time. So what will you do next?

What To Do When You’re Bored

It’s been quite a while when we talked about coding and other web development stuffs, I know as of now your stress that drained all your energies out. I know being a programmer has lots of its ups and downs. Though you earn a lot depending on your expertise but you drain all your energies out, not to mention your health and mental states are also depreciating. So here’s what I do when I want to break free from stress and refresh my mind:

Do yoga. It helps me calm my senses as well as help my body maintain its figure.

Hiking/Jogging. When I’m stressed out, I need to find a way where I can pour all my energies and frustrations so I run and hike every late afternoon.  It’s advisable to do this every early morning unfortunately I’m on the night shift so my only vacant time is in the late afternoon after I woke up.

Go out with friends/families sometimes. It’s not good to be alone facing your computer all the time. You need to socialize and maintain your good vibe and relationship to your families and friends. After all, when you have a problem, they are the first ones you can lean on. In my case, I treat them to dinner or go to adventures parks, trip, beach, wherever my feet take me.

Watch movies. It’s good to take a break once in a while. Do not overabuse yourself. You only have one physical body and it’s your responsibility to take care of it. Watching my favorite movies with my loved ones, my partner or my friends relieves my stress a bit.

Go malling / shop. I go to a mall and shop. I don’t mind walking around the mall and find good items to purchased or just entertain myself by buying something. After all, it’s shopping! Best kind of exercise while doing pleasurable things in life.

Cook my own food. It’s not good to always depend on ready to eat packed foods, instant noodles and junk foods. They always contain some preservatives that are not good for the body. It’s best to use fresh foods like fish, vegetables, meat, and cook it the way you want to. It’s the healthy way of living.

House cleaning. Don’t be lazy. Sometimes, I feel tired after a few days of work facing the computer and sleep early. I always set my time when I clean the house, do the laundry, and do some gardening. It’s nice to work in a clean and orderly environment where you can think straight and at the same time calm your senses.
