The Cybermen have invaded London today, re-creating a memorable moment from Doctor Who’s history.

The scenes being filmed, believed to be for the finale of Series 8, feature the Cybermen outside of St. Paul’s Cathedral, echoing a moment from 1968 story, ‘The Invasion’.

I loved this episode. Very atmospheric at times. And the fact that we’ll probably never know if there was a real monster or not makes it even better… in my opinion, at least.

Maybe he wrote that himself. Maybe the TARDIS wrote it. Maybe there is an invisible passenger. Not knowing is far more entertaining.
