I had this idea awhile ago, and need to speak it into the void because its rattling around in my brain and i need a fic of it oh my god.

So.

My idea is: Skull Demort is Stanley Pines.

So to start:

Skull did not sabotage the machine Ford built. The peanut shells were there because he had been trying to fix it after one of the idiot jocks had broken it.

He never gets to explain himself though.

He join the circus after hes kicked out, and becomes Skull Demort. A very very successful Stuntman.

The only family member hes in contact with is Shermie. Because it wasnt his fault fiddleford was like that™

Shermie is the one to tell Skull that Ford is looking for him for some reason

Skull shows up on his doorstep, because he still has hope that his twin needs him.

Ford opens the door with the crossbow "You look like a clown."

Skull: "thats kind of the point."😀

The arguement still happens because what do you mean i came all the way here to help you and you're telling me to leave immediately.

The portal thing still happens, and Ford is the one sent through. Except, well. That burn still happens, and Skull has no health insurance, and almost dies because of an infection. Cue flame activation bby.

So now skull has his circus work, trying to figure out how to fix his brothers stupid portal, eventually the arcobaleno trials, the curse, and Tsuna breaking said curse.

The twins coming to gravity falls, and Skull working on the portal while hes there in his 'summer home' after a restart of his successful (crazy) stunt career just after the curse was broken.

Then the reunion: skull now doesnt look a day over 25, and his brother his *twin* now looks twice that.

Imagine also, reborn bringing Tsuna to Gravity falls for the summer and learning about the supernatural weirdness, and him just adding to the Chaos.

I need Reborn to out deal a dream demon.

I need skull to comment that he knew Reborn was some kind of demon.

Reborn isn't.

He just thinks his Cloud needs enrichment.

Reborn somehow being a positive in Gravity falls and it freaking skull out a little

I also imagine skull as like super snarky, because hes tired of being the "dumber twin", the lackey, the scapegoat.

Khr au where Skull and baby Tsuna live in Skulls airship full time. They get money for important goods from freelancing or having a small business, since they can fly they wouldn’t have to pay as much for shipping.

it’s already established that the Mafia doesn’t seem to pay as much attention to civilian businesses because they are civilian so it wouldn’t be hard for them to find a place in the civilian market without the Maifa realizing as long as they aren’t visible on the material and don’t use their full names.

This could lead to an interesting work where Tsuna slowly grows his guardian count as they go to live with them in the airship.

Very cool idea !

But it asks the question ... Why is baby Tsuna with Skull ? Most people wouldn't leave a cursed baby lookalike to care for a real baby . Maybe bribery and something in the will or documents , or Skull finding Tsuna alone with no adult in sight and thinking Tsuna either got disowned and kicked out of home or got orphaned .

Let's go with Skull finding Tsuna left alone (for multiple days) in the forest . And deciding then and then this is HIS kid .

And so Tsuna finds himself in the care of his new Papa (who's multiple times better than his previous Mama and Papa combined) and gets thought about life while traveling around the world . He's probably proficient in multiple languages .

And while traveling with his dad Tsuna probably gets into a whole lot of troubles , but at least it allows him to meet his Elements .

Like the time he got kidnapped and met his first Mist , Sun and Rain . While Tsuna was getting to know them Skull was creating trauma for the adults who dare 1) kidnap HIS child and 2) dare torture children in their so called "science" . The Mukuro Gang are in the shock of their life when Skull decides "If they are Tsuna's then they are HIS too" .

Maybe at some point they get Gokudera who actually swore loyalty to Tsuna and not the organization behind him(like in canon) . The amount of explosives he was allowed to carry will be lesser than in canon but make no mistake he is evenly if not more destructive than canon .

Then we have Tsuna who was allowed to develop into the even Sky/Cloud mix he was always supposed to be , and with Skull as the parent figure you just know he can be destructive enough to take down a city in the literal snap of his fingers but just chooses not to (not that it saves Reborn (if he even finds him) from being trow at least 3 towns away minimum)

The moment Reborn might try and find Tsuna he will be going on a hunt for red herring with how little information he has , and even and if he finds the kid he still has to find a way to get said child , his Elements and his parent (the literal strongest Cloud) to listen to him (he is getting buried alive)

The plot is in no better situation than Reborn

Xanxus is getting the seat of Don Vongola whether he likes it or not , along with the jewelry

Byakuran and Uni (and everyone other than the Mukuro gang in this universe) gets their ass handed to him for daring to hurt Tsuna's People !

Deamon gets exorcised by sheer spite because he dares to challenge any of those definitely crazy (and crazily competent) children .

The Rainbow arc gets solved by again sheer spite on Tsuna and his peoples part . Kawahara can be GOD as far as those very morally ambiguous teenagers are concerned and it won't stop them from beating his ass in a McDonald's parking lot at 3 AM on a school night , same goes for the Vindice . With the lesson of the whole Rainbow arc being "don't try and kill the only trusted adult capable of doing damage control of a group of highly destructive , anarchistic , morally ambiguous teenagers with lots of parental issues , unless you want to get killed in that case go full on "

Long story short , they all got forced to work together or else ...

As far as Skull is concerned if the kids are having fun anything goes

Skull has a habit of randomly traveling places, he has definitely landed in Japan somewhere.

Skull accidentally lands in Namimori and now he has two children in his airship. Where did the kids come from? No one knows. it’s not his fault! The boy “my names Tsuna” hadn’t even fought him when Skull had picked him up and brought him inside the ship to get a scrapped knee cleaned. The other one followed not far behind and also didn’t show any sign of discomfort with the situation.

but then he got distracted, and his instincts demanded he take off and find somewhere new and now he had two kids in his airship and Neither of them Knew the town they came from.

He gave them a phone to contact their parents but only Takeshi knew a number to call! At least his father didn’t sound too upset.

Though what was that about “trying to not upset the Cloud” he is a very well behaved person than you very much!

Well guess Skull is an uncle now

It could honestly be worse

And if the kids become part of his territory is no one's business but theirs

And what if Tsuna learned how to drive a bike at 200 km/h before he learned how to use calculus and Takeshi learned how to hit people with a bat just hard enough to knock them unconscious but not enough cause severe brain damage before he was 10

It's all very useful life skills I'd you ask Skull

And if he had to find a way to keep them from failing their years while homeschooling them it's his and Tsuyoshi's business

He did have to give them some breathing room at around their middle school age

So they got unrolled into Namimori middle School with Takeshi being given full premison to bonk people down to the nurse office if they bully Tsuna and to continue doing so until they learn their lesson . And for Tsuna to make Takeshi's baseball team doesn't take advantage of him because of how good he is in the game , if the need to have a "experience" happen to them to learn their lesson then it's worth it

Then Skull learned that Reborn is not only going in Namimori but is after one of HIS kids and to put him in the blood soaked seat of Vongola against Tsuna's will

Reborn is gonna learn why as kind and well behaved as Skull is he is still a Cloud The Strongest Cloud
