when people say "ignore the 3D" i always noticed how they just didn't elaborate, and for a long time that frustrated me to the point where i would avoid practicing loa because i didn't understand it and not one person would explain it in a way that made sense to me. im the type of person that needs things spelled out in a more detailed, realistic way, while most posts talkng about loa and manifestation are more abstract and conceptual. im not saying this is a bad thing, its just a different way to explain the law that makes sense to some but not to others.

so, now that i finally understand loa, im gonna explain it in a way that i wish someone would have done for me lmao

ignoring the 3D doesnt mean to stop living in your cr, to stop functioning and shut down, ignoring all responsibilities. it means to look at the outer world and accept it as the reality your PAST thoughts created. your PAST assumptions. reality has a bit of a delay for a lot of people (not all, but i've seen a great majority of people talk about how they struggle with it), in the sense that when affirming that they have their dream life or they've shifted, its not instantaneous like a lot of posts say it should be.

this delay reminds me of how light takes time to reach the earth. there are stars that are so far away from us, that when we look at them, we're seeing them YEARS in the past, probably centuries. the light of our own sun takes 8 minutes to reach us. when we see the sun, we're seeing what it looked like 8 minutes ago. there is a delay in what you see, but that doesn't mean that what you WANT to see isnt coming.

ignoring the 3D simply means that you see the reality around you, and you calmly accept that it's what your PREVIOUS assumptions created, and you continue to focus on affirming. intrusive thoughts going "but where is it? why isnt it here yet????" IGNORE THEM. shake your head like an etch a sketch and persist in affirming. live in the end, as in assume you already have it, and act as such.

ignore the 3D as in realizing that reality is created by you and your dominant subconscious thoughts, and is waaaaayyyyyyy more malleable than you first thought. nothing is set in stone, reality is fluid and ever changing.

Manifestation really is istant when u really flow with it!!

I realized i had lost a bracelet my mom gifted me, so i looked for it where i usually leave it (3 places in the house) and it was in none of them, so im just thinking “its ok i’ll go to bed i couldn’t have lost it anyway, it’ll come back” and 2 minutes later i see it while im getting lip balm in my bag😭 it had NO BUSINESSSSS being there literally

Not manifestation related (well theoretically yes everything is a manifestation but u get me) but today i did something that made me sooo proud of myself !!!! It proved me im really able to handle stressful situations and gave me sm more trust in myself bc i didn’t think i would’ve handled something like that sooo well!!!!🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Do i think self concept is essential and the key to get everything you want? Absolutely no !

Do i think that it is so beneficial working on it and that it does help you get and keep everything you want? Yes !

Do i think you should put all your desires on time-out until you get the perfect self concept? No

Do i think we should always keep a good mental diet about it and never stop truly working on self concept ? Yep

You CAN be stressed out about something and have it manifest. I dislike the misconception that if something bothers you or if you're sad about it you can't manifest what you want. Something has been stressing me out all week but I just kept repeating my affirmations and at 2 am I woke up with a start, checked my phone and it had conformed.

You don't have to feel good to manifest. Before I went to sleep I was mostly tired and sad but I repeated my affirmations and I woke up to it anyway.

You shouldn't feel bad for feeling bad. The best thing you can do is always to be kind to yourself. It's ok to take a minute to calm down. It's ok to cry or self soothe or whatever you need to do to feel better. You can do all of that and still manifest.

It's ok if sometimes you feel anxious or like it isn't working, just keep going. Affirm anyway. Take a nap, drink some tea take care of yourself but keep going.

All I am asking is that you affirm what you want and avoid affirming anything you don't want.

If you're worried you should know you absolutely don't have to feel your manifestation emotionally. A lot of stuff that manifests for me is something I felt like shit about and then it randomly pops up as I want it after affirming for a while and I experience a weird conflict of still feeling like it's not here and being faced with the fact it 100% is.

No i do not have any posts on this, but i can give u my opinion for sure!!💓💞

So first of all i think that it is something very personal, based on the reasons ur experiencing this burnout, so if there is something ur struggling with in particular u can dm me so we can discuss it and i can give u more direct and personal advice🩷 (of course, based on my opinion !)

I think the main reasons people experience burnout are:

1. they are very very very obsessed with their manifestation

2. they are experiencing negative thoughts and spiraling on the consequences or overthinking how to navigate those thoughts

3. getting too caught up on the 3d and letting it stress you out

4. indecision, they literally cannot focus on one thing and are always changing up their manifestation and starting over

There are probably more but i think those are the main ones!! None of this is the end of the world!!!

What’s important is trying to understand what caused this burnout and working through that! This could also help bring to the surface some limiting beliefs u didnt know u had!

But yeah! Please do not stop taking care of yourself for any reason. You will find out that spending time with loved ones, keeping ur body moving, dancing!!!! Taking time to have fun and just enjoying your hobbies are very very effective ways to ease your mind and get back on track!🩷
