hello, hi. my name is oli! I am 25 years old and my pronouns are they/she <3

this is in fact an edblog but I am absolutely NOT pro-anything. this blog is purely for me to utilize as a journal of sorts. if this is not something you are interested in please block, do not report as this is again a safe space journal situation for me.

I have dealt with an ED since I was about 12 years old, if not younger. I am not new to this, I've been struggling awhile. Feel free to DM any questions, concerns, or if you need a friend. I am new to this blog, but not new to this in its entirety.

doing this as OMAD for the next week or two, summer is coming and there’s absolutely no excuses to be made.

had to stop fasting so I’m going OMAD

feeling a lil annoyed but I was able to get away with eating very minimal so I can’t be too mad.

fasted until 12pm.

ate roughly 400 cals.

walked 3 mi so far and worked out for about 30 mins. burning roughly 558 cals.

net cal of -127 (give or take)

hoping to get another work out in and starting another fun lil fast; shooting for 72 hours.
