FASTING

ok so i’ve been feeling rlly out of control lately and i’ve been stress eating cuz exams are coming up so i’m gonna try and do a 4 day fast! i rlly RLLY wanna complete this fast cuz usually when i fast i lose a lot so yeah let’s do this :)

i binged and purged for the first time today after being a year clean...fml

im gonna fast for the next 4 days to punish myself and tp compensate for what happened today

i had a bunch of assignments due today and my concentration levels were quite low but i still managed!

use this as motivation:

i was 66kg when i started and now i’m 64,3kg!

i hope i’ll hit 60kg before december is over or atleast around new years 🕯 manifesting 🕯

21 more hours and then my 72hour water fast ends! i’m powering through

started at 66,2kg and now im 64,8kg! im gonna be breaking my fast with something light to ease myself back into eating and then hopefully avoid a binge and maybe i’ll fast again in the weekend

im so happy!! at around 4pm i started getting a little hungry but i just drank some water and it passed!
