guys help my doctor is referring me to an ED clinic to get help what do I do
my scale says 120.6 lbs, but like a week ago the hospital scale said 126 so ????? š¤Ø
ive officially lost 30 lbsš¦
dropped 1.2 lbs! Iām gonna do Pilates now š
does anybody else get nightmares abt ana or is it just me ??
the only thing keeping me going is people noticing how much weight Iāve lost over the summer once Iām back at school !
what i ate today:
breakfast: cereal (50 cals)
lunch: chicken w rice (127 cals, my mom forced me to eat it)
dinner: a little of the leftovers (93 cals)
snacks: rice cake (35 cals), half a cookie (80 calsšØ)
total: 386 cals
exercise: 259 cals
386-259=127 net
tmrw Iām being forced to go out to eat (around 540 cals) but Iāll be walking a lot after it so hopefully I can burn it all off
gonna start doing this every Saturday !
