People consider this current reality a "canon" for no reason. I get that some of them are attached to this cr, but man... you are not what this world made you be. You are more than that. We are much more than that. More than physical stuff, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, labels... People identify with so many things instead of letting it go to be free...

Y’all please make your own subs istg it’s doing wonders for me even though my affirmations are short and not detailed.

I also recommend using your own voice but do what fits you best and watch the magic happen!

I made myself a shifting package subliminal and I listen to it whenever I feel bad or desperate and this bitch is WORKIN ‼️‼️

I randomly enter the void, I’m always really close to having a lucid dream and I remember every damn dream I have without a journal or anything.

It’s only been four days.

I used capcut for it and sped the 7 minute long video of me saying the affirmations up to 14 seconds and it works <3

I also put an edit over it cuz I’m so tired of these boring ass rain sounds in subs.

Write your own affirmations with your own wording and maybe even in your native language. (I personally still used english because I cringe when I talk in my native language).

Do you guys ever realize that no matter what, we're going to shift at some point and there's nothing we can do to avoid, we're bound to it. Sure, it might take a long time, but it's inevitable, shifting found us. Just take a deep breath and let the universe cook
