Improv has helped me in so many ways, it is something I definitely look forward to every week. It’s also something I’ve wanted to do since high school and it really feels good to finally go after and pursue a dream of mine.

Solo road trips! I can stop and do whatever I want. It’s quite liberating. For example I was able to stop and take this photo in Tennessee.

Brewing beer. It’s something my boyfriend and I do together and so far we’ve had some tasty batches. This one is almost ready to try; we named it Muscle Man Ale.

Road Trips. This building is in Waco, TX -- about halfway between Dallas and Austin. We always stop in Waco for coffee at a cute little coffee shop when we drive to Austin.

Strangers on the train

I don’t usually take photographs of strangers, but there was something very cinematic about this couple on an otherwise empty streetcar. I enjoy people watching, and riding the streetcar around uptown on a sunny afternoon is the perfect excuse.
