Despertar... día tras día

Mas que un blog esto será una especie de diario donde cada día mencionaré los acontecimientos vividos durante la jornada, sus pros y pros (ya que nada es negativo), mis estados de ánimo, los libros que he leído, etc. Espero que este ejercicio me haga evolucionar hacia un más alto grado de concienciación

08/01/2018 : Miracles / Synchronicity

God thanks for what happened this evening. I’m relieved and feel more peaceful. Thank you. As already mentioned, I just bought a house. And let’s face it, I did bad calculation. So bad that, it’s beginning of the month, I don’t have any money left on my bank account and had to ask several people to lend me money. Today, I had a ... I just cannot believe this just happened. y brother whom I gave a lot of money since last year just called me to tell me, I gave you 500€ back. This morning in my car I just said ... God, I’m in trouble .. if you can do something, whatever you want, but do something. Again thank you for that.

Yesterday, while I was watching the second part of Guts and God, from Caroline Myss, I thought about my friend Karima, who’s having a rough time and is also pregnant. Today I was thinking ... I have to send her the passwords and links of the site in order for her to watch this. When I asked her via whatsapp her email address, she told me that she was thinking of me this afternoon during her consultation at the Applied Kynesiologist (AK). At the end of the session the AK told her to start forgiving and that a good technique was Hoʻoponopono... Two years ago I gave her cards and a book about it ;)

06/01/2018 : Tree of Life, Caroline Myss

While I was watching Caroline Myss Tree of life free sample video, I think I had like a moment of synchronicity or maybe like kind of a question to an inner question I was asking myself. The all day I was thinking if I didn’t do something wrong buying this house. It’s too big, there is a lot of work and it wasn’t really what I wanted. But during the video, She explained that we have to see ourselves as a building, that can’t move, the only moves you can do are inside the building, meaning between the floors. Well I saw this as an answer to the fact that I needed to buy that specific house, as it has structural issues, like: mold, woodworms, each floor is too heavy. I think these things have to do with my own life. In order to achieve enlightenment, I have to work on my Body/Building, starting from the base and going up.

16/08/17 Child Archetype

Well, I’ve listened to the course and read all the information provided on Caroline Myss website and I struggled to find out which one is more present in me. I feel them all emerging constantly in me. I mean, the light of one and the shadow of others. If I’m not wrong as opposite of the Dependent Child we have the Adult Child. I would be between the Magical Child and Adult Child. And of course bot are in their shadow when they emerge.

15/08/17 Pietro thoughts...

Well after studying the Victim Archetype tonight, I have some thoughts coming through my mind about my relationship with Pietro. Two of the Archetypes that were dominant in him were (I think) the Eternal/Magical Child and the Victim and the Saboteur of course. In the beginning of our relationship it was ok to have an Eternal/ Magical Child in front of me, believing that everything was possible, it even convinced me that I may fall in love with him. My Mother / Savior Archetype started dealing with it. After that he started to victimize and in the beginning I would pity him but then I would play the bully, and make his life impossible as I was constantly sad and not proud of him. In the end I broke up with him, because I just couldn’t stand more time in this position, I did not want to be a bully/mother. But I realize now that I did not empower him at all. I just fed his eternal child and his Victim. And it’s also contradictory because I was a bully, pretending a lot from him and wanting to make him feel bad because he would never do what had to be done. But at the same time I felt like a victim in this relationship were I had to do everything and he wasn’t doing anything.

15th of August 2017

Its been a lot of time since last time I wrote something on this blog. It’s interesting to read that last year I was in the exact same situation as now. I felt a lack of self esteem. OK, so now I’m really working on it. I bought an online course on the “Archetypes”. And I love it. I love the way she delivers her courses (maybe because she uses a lot of humor as I do in my courses). Anyway I’m really discovering a fascinating world here. I really hope this may help me in my Self esteem quest and more conscious living.

From my understanding an Archetype is a role you play when a certain situation happens. We have 4 Survival Archetypes that are common to all people each one with a different degree of light and shadow. These are the Child, The Prostitute, the Victim and the Saboteur. On top of those Archetypes we also have another 8 we use regularly. I don’t know them yet as they are so much and I just started the course. From what I listened I think I already have: The Bully and the Princess playing in the shadow. As I understood there is no way you loose an Archetype, we can only try to make them evolve in the light.

Loraine 4 días

Se van acabando los 5 días de mi viaje en Lorraine, Francia. No descubrí mucho, la verdad. Aunque los alrededores montañosos sean sublimes. Estuve aquí por trabajo. 

Tuve que dar clase durante 4 días a una chica muy amable pero muy poco habladora. El tiempo no pasaba. Cursos como estos me confirman el Hecho de que, de verdad no quiero seguir haciendo este trabajo. 

Lo que puedo resaltar de esta semana es que :

1. No me gusta hacer monólogos: quiero interacción. 

2. Tengo que trabajar sobre la crítica fácil. El jefe de Justine (la chica que formaba) tenía un bastón metido en el culo. La bienvenida no fue de las mejores y nada ... no pude evitar criticarlo y tener pensamientos negativos hacia el durante la semana. (Lo siento tío).

3. Alejandro Jodorowsky es un iluminado. No sabía que me iba a encantar tanto  su libro sobre la Psícomagia. Es una técnica que me interesa mucho y sobre lo qual seguiré leyendo. También tengo que agradecerle porque cada vez me doy más cuenta que no me quiero lo suficiente. Siempre hago las cosas para placer o complacer a mi alrededor. Bueno más bien soy contradictorio y me siento algo perdido. Si hago algo para sentirme bien, luego culpabilizo porque pienso que es lo que quiere mi ego. 

En fin que estoy hecho un lío.
