Does anyone else have like… a huge disconnect between themselves and their body/life?

Like sometimes I’ll look in the mirror and be like ‘oh hey who tf is that. That’s my face? That can’t be my face. That’s not me.’ Or like ‘These hands I see doing this task can’t possibly be mine.’

And I’ll look around at this life i lead and sometimes it just.. doesn’t connect in my brain that it’s mine. I feel like I walked into someone else’s skin, and I’ll never find my way back to my own.
