The last thing Gregory wanted to do was to return to the Pizzaplex. It had nothing but terrible memories for him; he still didn't know how he made it out alive. After being chased down by a rabbit that no one else could see, the boy developed a terrible fear of the animal, always certain that he'd see one waiting to kill him.
He wasn't even sure if the rabbit from before was gone or not. Sometimes he still heard her sing-song voice, the creepy "Are you having fun yet?" as she distorted his vision and chased him if he stayed in one place for too long. Gregory couldn't tell the difference between reality and his own fear-induced hallucinations.
The boy didn't want to be back in the Pizzaplex, no. But he was homeless and the nights were getting colder. He had to find cover inside where it was warm and that place was the only building he was familiar with. So very reluctantly, he returned. It was 11.30pm when he walked in, trembling from the fear and the thought that he would have to survive another night fleeing animatronics who were hell-bent on killing him, but what other choice did he have?
"I think the quickest way from here to the docks is through the maintenance tunnels. I can come with you two if you would like." Bonnie offered, but didn't plan on holding Gregory again anytime soon. He didn't want to cut him again.
"That would be good..." Freddy mused, mostly to himself. "We are right outside the maintenance tunnels anyway, so we would not have far to go." He checked Gregory over for any more injuries that needed to be treated before picking him up carefully in the only position he saw that would be safe.
Gregory looked up at Freddy immediately after, expression expectant, but the animatronic shook his head. "Given your current condition and the fact that you have grown in a year, it would not be safe for you in my chest cavity. You will have to stay like this."
He looked back at Bonnie after, ears twitching slightly. "Will you be okay with the distance?" He didn't want him to be walking that much if his current condition would mean more damage to his body.

This was way different than being rented out. Foxy didn't know what was going on, and to be honest, it frightened her. It was only natural she clammed up. The staff surrounded her and Freddy.
Initially, Foxy lunged forward, scratching and biting the first employee in front of her, but she was immediately shocked before her attacks connected, and she fell to the ground. It hurt so much, it took her a moment to recover, but she was just shocked again before she could get up. Foxy felt multiple pairs of hands on her, pulling her forward before trying to hoist her up. Her ears pin back, but her systems are too overloaded to do much more than growl, her tail hanging limp and low between her legs.
Her ears twitched when he spoke, Freddy, that is. She was so out of it that she could barely hear him- just enough to know he was talking, but not enough for her to understand what he said. Whatever it was, it made the staff stop.
"Because he's first on our list!" The technician snapped. "We are under strict orders to stick to the schedule. Now let him go, or we'll shock you too!"
"Didn't... Didn't you just say you needed repairs more than she did?" One of the other technicians asked. Foxy hid her face in Freddy's shoulder. She was freaking out and didn't want Freddy to be hurt, but the idea of letting them take her frightened her even more.
Freddy flinched at tone of the technician's voice, but he squared his shoulders, faceplates rippling and shifting in place as he refused to move. "Sh-shock me all you w-want! I won't let you-you take her! Please just li-listen to me!"
He looked at the other technician with wide eyes, realising that he had twisted his words into circles. He needed to find a way out. "We-well... you di-didn't listen to me b-before when I b-begged for-for repairs, s-so I thought I wo-would lie, but..."
The animatronic blinked slowly, tilting his head slightly. "Foxy n-n-needs time to recover her s-systems. I-I'm not in p-perfect con-condition, but I'm better th-than h-her right n-now!"
In all honesty, Foxy knew she should have let go when Freddy said 'shock me all you want.' In her mind, she'd intended to, but she hesitated. Maybe a small part of her hoped that this would be the time these pigs had mercy on them, hearing the one technician use her preferred pronouns. Instead, however, things played out exactly as she expected. They shock Freddy, and her by extension.
This time, Foxy failed to bite back the yelp of pain, her whole body twitching uncontrollably. When it's over, she fell back, head slamming against the floor. She was still online, but she couldn't move or see.
Freddy's systems and vision went blank for just a second with the shock, and he groaned in pain before his expression hardened again, turning around in a panic as he looked down at Foxy, crouching down as quickly as his mechanical body would allow it. "N-now look wha-at you've do-done to her!" He almost yelled, not wanting to touch her because he could still feel the electricity in his systems and he didn't want to hurt her even more.
The bear frantically tried to get her attention, his metal joints creaking as he turned his head to look back at the technicians, eyes glowing slightly brighter with his sheer anger and fear. "Ju-just stop! Please! Wh-what do you wa-ant from us? You'll dest-troy her for sure if this con-continues!"
"Well then I guess you'll just have to let us fix him!" The lead technician threw back. "Grab him, they're ready for us."
Foxy couldn't move, she couldn't see. But she could hear everything. Her motors and fans audibly whir as she tries to make her body move, but it's still rebooting.
As for the technicians, they tried to get closer to Foxy, but they were apprehensive of Freddy.
They were still nervous to get too close to him, that was a good thing. He levelled his gaze before taking a small step back. It may have seen cowardly, but he was just taking a step back so he could shield Foxy's body with his own; he wouldn't want them to sneak up from behind and grab her.
"Yo-you're afraid of m-me..." Freddy spoke quietly, his hand clenching into a fist, the Bonnie puppet hanging limply by his other side. The audio did have some control over him, but it was completely ineffective considering the fact that it wasn't active.
"D-do-don't come an-ny closer... I've ki-killed tech-tech- technicians before... I'll d-do it again..." He gritted out, gaze hardening each time that the technicians used her wrong pronouns. Like this, it would be even less likely to convince him to calm down. He glances behind him to make sure that he wasn't touching Foxy in any way. It wouldn't be good if they shocked him again and it passed through to her.
Obviously I'm finally back, but I'm aware (as well as everyone else, I hope) of our limits, so I'll/we'll be posting only twice or three times a day so I won't get burned out
"Yep! Freddy Fazbear, lead singer of the Glamrock band!" For just a few seconds, some childish innocence came back to Gregory's eyes, and he grinned back at Orel before he forced his expression to be serious again. He knew that he was the one who could navigate the PizzaPlex and that he would have to help Orel get around. This boy had placed his trust in Gregory, and he had to prove that he deserved it.
"I promise, it doesn't hurt them at all." He promised sincerely, though he had to rush to explain something else. "It'll sound like it does, because they might say something or ask for help, but don't go to them. They'll be stunned for a few seconds, like I said, and after that, they'll be after us again."
Gregory set his expression, shifting closer to the doors of the elevator, looking left and right with a frown, checking to see if any animatronics where nearby, exhaling in relief at the fact that there weren't that many STAFF bots. Hopefully they'd be able to avoid them all. Twenty steps to escalator. At most. It shouldn't be that hard. He couldn't hear or see any other animatronics, so that meant that they were safe, at least for a little while.
He turned back to Orel with a shaky smile; it was a lot scarier knowing that another person's safety was effectively in his hands, even if not entirely. "You ready to go? I promise, I'll do what I can to protect you." Gregory paused and his eyes widened as he looked down at his Fazwatch. How did he manage to forget about it? "Hang on, this thing lets me look at the cameras nearby so I can see the animatronics. Wanna have a look? The screen is pretty tiny, but it's still so cool!"
Gregory's fleeting excitement is infectious , Orel had seen fliers , he had seen the animatronic bears image practically plastered from wall to wall . Even down to the minute details on Gregory's footwear ! The bear is the life and breath of this place ( figuratively anyway ) . The Puppington boy has his doubts about using the fake gun on the animatronics . But he can if he had to , and only if he had to . A last resort . Better to avoid the mechanical mascots if it can be helped .
Shifting his weight to lean over Gregory's shoulder , oh that watch ?
❝ Really ? Wow , that's real impressive . ❞ He's learning a lot about technology , given he never had access to anything this state of the art back home . ❝ and helpful ! ❞ He adds . ❝ We can plan our route right here ! ❞
He leans on his stronger side .
❝ So where'd we need to be , cap'n Gregory ! ❞ Despite the tension around them , the two are still just kids , kids who were bright enough , smart enough and willing enough to work through this together.
Gregory focused his gaze on the FazWatch in front of him, shaking his head in amazement still. What a huge oversight. The darn thing was on his wrist, how could he forget it? "Hm, well... I'd prefer it if we could go down the escalators... There is another way, but it's a long way..." He didn't want to push Orel too far considering that he wasn't able to place his full weight on one leg for too long. It would be easier to take the shortest route..."
He clicked one of the tiny buttons on the side of the watch, raising it even closer to his face so he could see each detail. It didn't seem too bad. "Chica is walking around downstairs, same as Roxy. I can't see Monty, but I suppose that's a good thing. Okay!" The child looked up with a smile, turning to the other. "Those two are... kinda stupid... I mean, Chica is..." Gregory lowered his arm again to grip onto the FazCam properly.
"Both of them can be distracted by noise. So if we have to, I'll tell you to wait somewhere, and I'll run off, make a huge noise so they go and check it out and come back. But I don't think we'll need to. Just a precaution."
Gregory took note of how far each STAFF bot would travel before it turned around again. They would be able to make it to the escalators pretty easily if they stayed away from the bots. It was like they were completely blind unless you stepped in the direction of their flashlights anyway.
"We should be able to just walk in a straight line to the escalator. I'll tell you when we need to start, and then we'll just go. I'll watch your back, just focus on what's in front of us, okay?" After making sure that Orel was ready, he turned back to watching the STAFF bots again, waiting until it passed by them.
The second it did, he nodded firmly at Orel, an encouraging "Now! It's gonna be fine!" As he raised the FazCam, looking around with wide eyes. "Just straight ahead."
Freddy's mouth opened slightly when he saw the backpack, ears twitching slightly in confusion, creating a small clicking noise. Those backpacks were very common in the PizzaPlex, with many people fighting over which one they would get to represent their favourite animatronic. But for some reason, Glamrock Freddy knew it belonged to Gregory. It had to.
He used to carry his flashlight, FazerBlaster, FazCam and other things inside it. Freddy realised with a jolt that he never saw Monty's claws, Roxy's eyes or Chica's voice box after they had been shattered. Was that where he stored them?
The animatronic shuddered, but decided not to ask, not wanting to know the answer, but also recognising that the bag was no longer Gregory's. It belonged to Cassie now. Instead, he focused on her exhausted expression and weary body. He could no longer scan her for injuries since he didn't have his original eyes to do so, but there was something in the back of his mind telling him that there was something seriously wrong with Cassie, perhaps an injury that had been neglected for some time, or just couldn't heal. He would have to ask about that when things have calmed down.
Freddy smiled gently, eyes clicking shut as he rested a hand very carefully on the top of her head. "It must have been so hard for you, Cassie. You've worked so hard... no one helped you, and that is so unfair. It's my responsibilty, and it would be my greatest pleasure, to be able to help you. Like I said, you are just a child, and you have done so much already." His gaze was so gentle as he looked down at her, smiling briefly.
Wait.
'Though for now I'm just glad I could finally save you.'
What did Cassie mean by that? He was already saved. At least, he used to think so. Him and Gregory escaped the PizzaPlex, however... Freddy couldn't even remember why he left in the first place. Gregory wanted to go because he didn't live there and it was dangerous, but... Freddy's friends were still there, shattered and vulnerable. Why did he leave them behind?
For a while now, he had been thinking that he was making the wrong decision, that he was extremely selfish in escaping with Gregory while he was using his closest friends' parts on his own body. He could have stayed and tried to help them, to put them back together. He should have done that.
Cassie said that he was a victim, just like everyone else was. He didn't believe that be true. He made his decision to blindly follow Gregory, and he had to suffer the consequences. Even if the consequences were indeed being used and manipulated.
But he was struggling to understand one part. He could tell that something had happened between Gregory and Cassie, something that caused her change in attitude towards the boy, because as far as he was aware, they used to be friends, close friends. What was it that changed everything? It must have been the way Gregory shattered the animatronics and left them to suffer alone. But it felt personal too.
"Cassie... what did he- what did Gregory do to you?"
Though scared of the answer, Glamrock Freddy needed to know. He had been kept in the dark with things for far too long, with Gregory only ever telling him exactly what he wanted the bear to know, and he needed the information, he needed the knowledge of everything that he missed. And Cassie would give it to him, he knew that. It felt like she wanted to, and he was incredibly grateful for that.
" Just hearing that is a big relief to me. I'm sure the others will appreciate your help too. "
Sure, Freddy is just one guy (well, bear... animatronic...) but any bit of help when it's been so scarce is very, very appreciated. It made Cassie feel like they could make literally everything better again!
... though it's likely wiser not to get too ahead of themselves.
She has no doubt Freddy means his words and will certainly be ready to help when it's time for it. But at this very moment at least, there are some other things to address and clear out.
And it's especially evident with the glaring question Freddy asked out loud.
Cassie at first can only give him silence, mouth opening and closing as the answer was in there but couldn't come out for some reason. She lets out a shaky deep sigh, running a hand down her face.
" ... it's hard for me to say it out loud... it hurts to even think about it all over again... " It was a blow she's likely not getting over in this lifetime. " And it's not about what he did to me only, either... "
But regardless, she lightly puffs out her chest trying to get herself together.
" You likely will be incredulous if I told you, and I get it. But, I can rather show you. But fair warning: you will not like it either... " She feels absolutely awful that Freddy has to be exposed to such an ugly, gut-wrenching truth... but it's still the truth none the less, and he deserves to know, especially after having been lied to for so long.
She reaches for her flashlight, shining their surroundings for a brief moment, just to give them a better sense of where they were at the moment. " Follow me. "
Beckoning Freddy and guiding them both through their broken and darkened wonderland with the flashlight, Cassie leads him into one of the many offices the PizzaPlex had... of course in no better shape than the rest of the place.
On the now rusty and grimy desk rested a kind of suitcase, colored and patterned in Freddy's colors and theme. Cassie opened the lid, revealing it to be a portable console of sorts, the screen coming up with the lid and lightening up, illuminating the dark office just a tad.
That is a Cam Station.
Cassie leaned into the desk and reached behind the Cam Station, connecting a few cables to the gutted office equipment still there, and as a result only a few of the office monitors turned on, but all they displayed right now was static, as the security system they were originally connected to is long down.
" ... I hope you're ready... " She says solemnly without looking back at Freddy as she properly booted the Cam station up, revealing an internal computer in, even down to a desktop screen with icons and folders, much like a home computer. The working office monitors then displayed that same screen as well. " ... it's not going to be an easy watch. " For either of them.
Using the built in joystick and keyboard in the Cam Station, Cassie navigates through its files, until she reached a folder containing what looks like to be video files.
It's about time Freddy sees who Gregory really is.
The more that Cassie spoke, the more nervous Freddy became. He was aware that the truth was going to be unpleasant; far more than just unpleasant. He was aware that the truth was going to change his already wavering view on Gregory. He knew that he'd never be able to think about the boy in the same way after this.
But what exactly was the truth? Something so awful that Cassie couldn't even think about it. As far as Freddy remembered, they were incredibly close as friends, even appearing like siblings at times. So what he could he possibly have done to change her view in such a huge way?
And Cassie mentioned that she wasn't the only person he hurt. A beat of silence passed as he turned to her quickly, the realisation somewhat sinking in.
His friends.
Chica, Roxanne, Montgomery...
Surely he couldn't... When Gregory described them as accidents, the crash at the raceway, the accident with the trash compactor, the collapsing platform in the catwalks... Freddy clung onto the hope that Cassie was talking about another kind of incident, something completely unrelated.
But if she wasn't...
Then Freddy had been staying with the person that had destroyed them. He had helped Gregory, he had taught him so many things that a parent should teach a child. He looked after the boy as if he was his child, but this child had treated his friends like a monster would.
Freddy said nothing as he followed after Cassie, eyes scanning the old PizzaPlex, his home, his paradise. The neon bulbs were all smashed, the posters torn to shreds, the very ground unsettled, parts of it reduced to rubble, showing the foundations underneath.
He was curious about the strange creature he saw last time, the animatronic rabbit, its body burned and melted. Was it still here? Or had it escaped? The bear wasn't sure which was worse.
As they entered the office, Freddy looked around wordlessly. He had hoped, foolishly, that when he entered, the office would be perfect, the walls still adorned with children's drawing, the computer screens illuminated with life. But it was just the same. All broken down to rubble. Freddy felt like the ground could collapse at any moment, and he could end up in the darkness below, in that old and abandoned restaurant.
Freddy sincerely hoped that he could simply reboot his systems and everything would be different. Cassie would still be standing in front of him in this office, but her back would be straight, her words cheerful and excited like a child should be. He would have to change his internal settings to block out background noise because the PizzaPlex would be too busy and loud to hear her. Gregory would be at her side, like a friend, gripping her hand tightly or having an in-depth conversation about something innocent and childish.
But he knew that it would never be true. Cassie and Gregory would never be friends again. The PizzaPlex would never be in its full glory again.
He watched her open the suitcase, eyes glimmering with curiosity for just a second before he returned to watching Cassie's movements instead as she fitted cables into place, watching a few monitors turn on.
And then the screen of the Cam Station lit up. He tilted his head with interest as he saw the folders and files, all so organised. As a performer of the PizzaPlex, Freddy had never actually seen the computers in use. He was always too busy with performing or entertaining the children to give tired parents a break.
He watched closely as Cassie opened the video files, mechanical shoulders slumping when he saw the date they were recorded. The day that Gregory was trapped in the Plex. Of course.
"I don't think either of us are ready..." Freddy muttered, running a hand over his face. As much as he wanted to close those eyes they were not his and look away completely, he owed it to his friends. He had to see what Gregory did to them, to Cassie as well, if she felt she was able to show or explain.
I have no classes today and despite being TERRIFIED of coming back here, like some wise person once said (I can't remember nor can I remember the proper quote) "If you can't beat fear, do it scared"
Anyway. I'll get replies out in a few hours when I'm more awake. Hopefully

Plot of RUIN 2: Cassie Strikes Back just got leaked
OH MY GOD THAT WOULD BE THE BEST GAME!!! Yeah, I think that would be the best ending for Gregory, getting exactly what he deserves. Something poetic about killing him in the way he tries to kill Cassie
So sorry for the low activity guys, I'm just really struggling for motivation right now, and Glam Freddy is REALLY upset for some reason. We'll be back soon!
Hi all. A quick announcement, i'm so sorry
I am unfortunately going to have to take a break from tumblr. after everything that happened with my wife and now there is something else. I have unfortunately suffered a miscarriage, and it's been hard. It happened this morning, and I am not in the best shape of mind. Ever the optimist, I hope to be back on soon but I need time to process this, and mourn.

Starter for @fazbearmismatch utc (Chose to set it just before Jeremy started working at Freddy's)
"I don't know, Jer. I just don't think it's a good idea. Working at Freddy's? Why would you want a job there?" Michael couldn't hide the worry on his face as he shook his head. After everything that had happened at Freddy's when Michael was 16, after he had murdered his brother, he had never stepped foot inside that place. He had no idea why Jeremy would want to go there to work.
He was certain that there was another reason his little brother was killed. Yes, it was because of his own actions, but the animatronic's jaw was never supposed to clamp down. As far as he was aware, it was supposed to be safe. But it wasn't. Now partially because he was desperate for answers and partially because he was desperate to lessen his own guilt, Michael was desperate to find out why his little brother had been killed.
"Something about the animatronics just seem dangerous. I don't think it's safe to work there, Jeremy... I don't want you to get hurt..." After the incident, Michael had disconnected himself from everyone, including his own family. It was only Jeremy that had stuck with him and he had chose to keep in his life. It scared him to think that he could start working there and something going wrong there. What if every animatronic was unsafe? How would he be able to defend himself?
"Isn't there anywhere else you can work?"
( Toy Bonnie -> Michael Afton )
"Hiii! Hiiii! Hiiii! Can you tell me about what a winding is? People have windings all the time and I'm confused."
@bobbie-bunny
Michael stared at Toy Bonnie in confusions for a good few seconds. "A winding? I... I don't know, Bonnie... Like a mechanical winding? I guess they could be talking about your joints, they allow you to move."
He rubbed the back of his neck with a sigh, raising an eyebrow. "I'm not gonna lie, Bonnie, but I'm a little confused. What was the conversation before?"
Toy Bonnie stared down at his arms and legs for a second and closed one eye, thinking. He remained like that for a few moments, thinking so hard that he was sure to blow a circuit before shaking his head. His big dumb green eyes affixed upon Michael's, he spoke again.
"No, I don't think my joints are cause for celebrating, though I am pretty great!" The toy animatronic chimed. "I mean like a winding party! You know, when two people love each other, they celebrate a winding!" His expression went from happy to genuinely worried, then. "The computer said that if I don't have a winding and get a cat, the world will explode!"
Michael was quiet as he patiently waited for Toy Bonnie to try to recall his memory. He hated to admit it, but he had started to grow somewhat fond of the animatronic. They were harmless, most of the time, and some were even able to hold conversations with him, like Toy Bonnie. But right now, he had to admit he was confused. Right until Bonnie had finished explaining and he sighed fondly.
"You're thinking about a wedding. A wedding is where two people decide they love each other more than anything and stay together for the rest of their lives." Michael grinned as he played with a gold ring on his finger, a small ruby in the middle. Around the back was a small 'A' carved into the metal, the first letter of his wife's name.
"I had a wedding with a very wonderful woman. Their name is Autumn. During the wedding, you exchange vows promising to be faithful. You give each other rings-" Michael showed him his hand where the ring rested before continuing, "and it's like a huge party. We don't have a cat, but we adopted this kid, his name is Gregory. He's a sweet kid, just has some issues, like everyone."
Michael laughed fondly as he shook his head, a soft "but the world won't explode if you don't get married. Not everyone in the world gets married, you know. Some people don't fall in love, some people don't want that commitment, or there are many other reasons. Trust me, the world isn't at risk."

It was practically a tradition at this point for Freddy and Bonnie to spend a day at the amusement park shortly after the Bunnie family's annual trip. As much as the freckled bassist loved spending time with his siblings, he always ended up watching the younger ones that were too short to ride all the big, intense roller coasters. Mom and Dad took the triplets and Brielle around kiddie land, whereas Brent, Bridgette, and Bibi ran off to go ride all the stuff Bonnie wanted to, leaving the responsible teenager to keep an eye on the fellow middle children. That's why he and Freddy always went back: to give Bonnie the chance to ride what he missed out on.
Bonnie absolutely loved it, because who wouldn't want to spend the day at the amusement park with their best friend?! Especially since he didn't get to ride the park's new giga coaster, Night Train. While it didn't have any inversions, he'd heard nothing but good things about this ride, and it was even made by one of his favorite manufacturing companies, so he knew that the restraints would be nice and comfortable. Bonnie had been geeking out about this coaster for months before it opened, so naturally, standing in line to ride it was a hard thing for the brunette to do.
"I am literally so excited for this."
"I... I was just making a joke, but I don't know? Now you've got me curious. I was just thinking about how our gym teacher in first grade, ah, what was her name? Mrs. Hunklefoot, had like knee surgery and she told us that she'd always set off metal detectors at the airport because her knee was metal." Really it was likely she was just messing with a bunch of seven year olds, but Bonnie never thought to question it over the years, simply because he had no reason to until now.
Freddy was quiet before he laughed lightly at the mention of Mrs. Hunklefoot and the legendary knee surgery. It had always been something he dismissed in his head and like Bonnie, never really thought about.
"I'll have to ask my dad when we go home... I'm sure that out of everyone, he'll know..." He could always count on his father to have the random knowledge that Freddy lacked, even if it was about airport security metal detectors and what would and wouldn't trigger them.
"Yeah- anyway, back to airplanes. I just imagine-" he's already laughing, "we get voted off Survivor style, and they just kick us off the plane mid flight." And now he's laughing harder.
Freddy's eyes widened with a grin and he started to laugh too, shaking his head at the thought of the Bunnie family just drifting by in the sky cartoon-style. "Well. Have you guys ever wanted to try skydiving before? That would be your chance..."
Bonnie laughed even harder at that with a slight clap.
"Just- the-! The flight attendants pull back the pilot curtain, Jeff Probst himself steps out, he just says 'the tribe has spoken,' and shoves us out the door!" He keeps laughing, a redness dusting his nose slightly. "Everyone pulls their chord and it's a legit parachute, I pull mine, it's the rainbow one from middle schoo-hoo-hoo-hool!!"
"Everyone else has a plain white parachute. Yours is the fabulous rainbow one!" Grinning as he looked down at Bonnie, Freddy shook his head with a laugh. "Where would you guys land, huh? You could make your very own Bunnie island!" He laughed fondly, grinning the whole time. "My goodness, Bonnie, that's certainly something to think about! You guys getting kicked off the plane, skydiving, a rainbow parachute..."
"Man, I was thinking the rainbow one from gym class!" Bonnie laughed. "God, I feel like we'd go insane stranded on an island. Bailey would lose her mind in an hour." He could not imagine his little sister coping without some video game to play- not that he'd get on much better without the ability to listen to music.
"I think I would go insane if you were stranded on an island. I would miss you, you know..." Freddy smiled as he looked down, shaking his head. It was a silly conversation, one to pass the time leading up to the coaster, but he did take a second to think about how much Bonnie genuinely meant to him. "Sorry, I didn't mean to make things so serious..."
"God, same." Bonnie agreed. "I love my fam, but you keep me sane." Freddy was so much to him. For as long as the brunette can remember, it'd just been him and Freddy against the world, and he couldn't imagine going a week without at least texting him.
Then again, Bonnie couldn't so much as fuel up a car without company, so maybe that doesn't say as much as he thinks it does.
Freddy grinned as he run a hand through his hair, glad that he had to take his rings off when they stored their bags and phones away. He was forever catching his jewelry in his hair, something that often made people laugh affectionately.
"You keep me sane too, you know. I guess our situations are completely different, though. It's always so quiet, and only having my parents to talk to sometimes... Yeah. You keep me sane." He agreed with a laugh, shaking his head with a smile. "I'm really lucky to have you, Bon..."

"Or dormant...."
As soon as the words are out, Bonnie practically winces in anger and frustration.
"Why did I say that?!" That was such a dumb thing to say right now!! That was only going to freak Gregory out more!! He had no idea what he was thinking, it just popped in his head!! "Gah, sorry, sorry, ig-ignore that, I do not know what I am talking about!!" The rabbit attempted to backpedal, but it occurred to him that he may not have even heard it to begin with, so drawing attention to it may have made it worse.
"At any rate, ah, what exactly is the situation with Gregory? Are we calling an ambulance?" The kid said he had nowhere to go, so would that not make hospitaling procedures tricky?
Gregory didn't actually hear what Bonnie said, but it was poor Freddy who ended up repeating it. He was too lost in thought to fully realise what Bonnie said, so when he heard Gregory say a confused "huh?", the bear simply echoed a distracted "Or dormant..." before he froze, eyes widening slightly in guilt as he looked down at Gregory.
The boy was silent as he drew his knees up to his chest, careful not to injure his leg any more than he already had. No wonder Bonnie rushed to cover up what he said, he was trying to preserve Gregory's sanity. He rested his head on his knees as he looked up at the bunny animatronic, chewing on his lip thoughtfully. "I just don't get it... whatever it was, it didn't affect Freddy... and surely it didn't affect you, either... I mean, you seem normal, so..." He gritted his teeth in frustration, tugging on his hair in frustration, only stopping when Freddy pulled his hands away. "But they all seemed normal!"
Freddy shook his head sadly as he looked down at Gregory, wishing he could find a way to calm him down. "An ambulance would be good, and the best path to ensure his safety, however... We would not be able to get him out until 6.am, and our superstar's living situation is rather complicated. He has... no home to go to, and only comes to the PizzaPlex because it is getting colder at night..."
Bonnie shot Freddy a quick glare, but it didn't last long. With what Gregory was saying, he couldn't help but shift uncontrollably. He'd been... preoccupied... while all this was going on.
In truth, the more he thought about it, the more a pain makes itself known in his head, and he can feel a rising panic in his chest that he forces himself to push back down. He thought he could hear... something.
Not in the moment, it played out almost like a distorted memory. Corrupted audio. Things his friends were saying. Chica calling out to Gregory. Monty telling him he couldn't hide. Roxy saying he didn't̶ ̵h̸a̸v̴e̸ ̴a̵n̵y̵ ̶f̴r̸i̷e̸n̴d̷s̴.̵
"W-what? Oh." It took him a second to process what Freddy had said afterwards, and he probably missed the first half of it, being unwillingly lost in his own corrupted memory files. He knew something was amiss but- not right now, he couldn't focus on it now. "Yeah, he had said something like that- I was actually going to bring it up to you, but obviously you are already aware...."
The rabbit had no problems with letting the kid stay here: but protocol was that they call CPS- they were literally mandated reporters! Yet it was never officially coded into them, unlike the fifteen minute warning they have to give to any party that's booked. Wouldn't they get in bug trouble for this? Bonnie was trying to stay out of trouble, mostly in an attempt to make the follow up repairs less cumbersome for the technicians once those pieces came in....
...
"I guess I am just worried for his long-term health, not to mention the pain he must be in?"
Glamrock Freddy ruffled Gregory's hair gently before stepping in front of the boy as he checked the nasty cut on his arm. He made sure that Bonnie wouldn't be able to see a thing as he rewrapped the cut in fresh bandages, quickly disposing of the bloodred ones before Bonnie could catch sight of them.
Gregory took it well for the most part, though he did gasp in pain when the bandages were tied. He knew that Freddy had to tie them tightly, but it still took him by surprise and his shoulders slumped as he reached to cover one arm with the other.
The pain relief had been good for a while, but the aches and sharp, scratching pains were starting to come back again, though it wasn't as bad as before. At least Gregory could think with the pain this time. He looked up at Bonnie, frowning slightly when he saw the state that the rabbit was getting into, and he tugged on Glamrock Freddy's hand to get his attention.
The bear had just put himself on battery saving mode, since he was now at 50% power and he wasn't confident that the issue could be solved quickly. When he felt the small tug at his hand, he looked up, going to touch Bonnie's arm or call out to him to get his attention, but the bunny must have already pulled himself out of his thoughts as he had just started to talk. It seemed he was just as concerned as Freddy was about Gregory's situation. It was understandable, since they were programmed to have concern and care for a child. Not only that, it was simply who Bonnie was as an animatronic.
"I would love to get help for the superstar, like having him put in a safe home. Living on the streets is not beneficial for him in any way, and he is constantly exposed to risks and dangers. Yet... no matter what I suggest, Gregory won't accept it." Glamrock Freddy sighed as he shook his head. He had been worried about Gregory for such a long time, especially since he didn't often reply to the messages the bear sent him via the Fazwatch. But no matter how he tried to convince Gregory to find help, he refused, preferring to endure the rain and the cold alone, as well as any other risks being homeless would bring.
While the pair had been talking, the pain had gotten worse, as well as the uncomfortable feeling of being spoken about while he was right there. Gregory looked up at them both, face growing a little paler. "It's really starting to hurt again... I don't think I can carry on until 6..."
This was yet another conversation Bonnie wanted no part in, but he supposed he'd gotten involved enough for it to need to happen. Sometimes doing the right thing was something that didn't make everyone happy. Bonnie wouldn't have hesitated to call CPS, if that was something he was still capable of. For Freddy to hesitate, he had to have a good reason as well, right?
Ultimately, Bonnie wouldn't get to voice his say, as Gregory had something more immediate to say. The rabbit's brows rose sympathetically when the kid voiced his pain.
"Right, I think we need to get him to a hospital ASAP." Except that the doors were locked until morning, and there was no way around that. Well...
Bonnie had been constructed with a large amount of strength in mind. This was both so he could play bass pick-style, without the need for reinforced claws, and in the event that a ball shelf started to tip over: he'd be able to catch it and avoid anyone getting hurt. His brute strength wasn't something he often thought about or really used, but in an emergency situation, he'd be able to rip doors off their hinges like they belonged to a plastic dollhouse. When he was built.
In his current state?
He couldn't play his beloved bass guitar. He doubted he could rip the door unlocked.
Freddy's ears twitched with worry as he looked down at Gregory and back up at Bonnie again. He wasn't certain he would be able to tear the doors off, he was never made for strength. The bear was designed for speed and movement, for him to be able to run and aid a child if needed or to carry them around if needed. Ripping a door off was something he was not confident he was able to do.
"Getting to a hospital is the priority for our superstar right now..." He muttered to himself, looking up with a sympathetic sigh upon seeing Gregory hunch his shoulders up, tucking one leg up to his chest, leaving his broken leg still dangling.
"I don't..." Gregory spoke slowly, looking around in hesitation. He didn't want to go to a hospital, but he knew he wouldn't be able to heal the injuries he had by himself. He tried to plan it out in his head: he would get to a hospital, his injuries would be treated. Then he would get moved to another house and he'd run away again when he was healed.
The boy bit his lip as he looked up at Freddy, a quiet "How are we gonna get out?" He asked uncertainly before looking down at his Fazwatch, trying to open up the camera system, looking at every room nearby. There were no other animatronics nearby, but that didn't ease his mind at all. There was no telling if they were just out of range of the cameras, after all.
Freddy tilted his head as he looked at Bonnie, ears twitching yet again. "I could attempt to contact the emergency services. I feel comfortable doing so now that Gregory is willing."
"But will they be able to get in?" Bonnie had to think.
Then, his ear perked up as he remembered something.
"Hey, do you remember how my techs would sometimes have to come in as early as four in the morning? Obviously if there was a way for them to get in, then there is a way for Gregory to get out, right?"
Freddy's ears started to twitch slightly in thought as he looked down, trying to remember something about the night that Gregory was trapped in the PizzaPlex.
His eyes widened as he jolted slightly, clapping his hands. He was stupid, so stupid, for not remembering faster. He should have known!
It seemed like when Freddy suddenly remembered something, Gregory also did, and they stared at each other in shock.
"The loading dock!"
"The fire escape!"
Freddy smiled in relief as he blinked up at Bonnie, an amazed "Our superstar has high enough security to get to both places... We can get him out like that!"
"I-" He tilted his head suspiciously. "I will not question how he has such high security clearance," it wasn't important right now, "but," he straightened up, "that is good news! The docks are probably our best option, it will be easier for them to reach Gregory and transport him."
"When our superstar was trapped here, he needed to escape somehow. We thought that if he got Level 8 security, he would be able to leave before 6.am. Turns out, he didn't, but he wanted to stay at the PizzaPlex to learn more about it. So he needed more security to investigate." Freddy explained the best he could, smiling up at Bonnie.
When they were both talking, Gregory took his FazCam out of his pocket, taking it apart with a screwdriver he kept as well. Instead of storing paper in the back of the camera, the boy kept all 8 security passes there. It was hard living on the streets, with many people trying to steal from him because he smaller and younger than they were, but he always kept his FazWatch, FazCam and FazerBlaster with him, refusing to let them go. The passes were safe there for sure.
