Here’s my thoughts:  The government has copies of EVERYTHING, in triplicate, that was logged and given to him.  They know what is “not there”.  The USG would never have just one copy of ANYTHING, especially where this shit is concerned.  And I think the problem we need to deal with most is WHO got WHAT and what did they DO with it.
