August weight average: 47.5 (lw this month 46.4, highest I think was 47.9 maybe 48?)
Averaging about 0.5-1kg a month.
It’s okay? Not ideal but it’s fine.
It’s annoying since I have been working quite hard with restricting but at the same time I’ve also been at home since June so obviously I’ve had to eat a lot more than I would normally so in a sense it’s more impressive that I’ve been continuing to loose weight.
I’m allowing time at my parents to be a bit of a cheat time; although a bit further into September I will be attempting to stick to a 10 day diet with at least 48 hours of fasting. I’ll also go back to logging my weight daily or at least twice a week. I’ve got my Apple cider vinegar, my 10,000 steps a day goal, meal replacement smoothies and fat metabolisers for now. Fingers crossed things so smoothly.
