Happiness, what does it mean? We all just want to be happy all the time but the most important thing to realize here is that happiness is temporary.I am sure youâve heard that before. Its like i am anxious maybe depressed today because i fought with my best friend or my parents are mad at me because i am not studying or maybe my teachers are embarrassing me in front of the whole class because I wrote my residential address instead of my email address when i registered for something. Anything can make you sad. You may not realize it but though these things are not exactly huge issues in our life and they happen almost everyday they still hurt us to the point where basically nothing helps. We are not able to talk to someone. Nobody understand how difficult it is to open up and instead we are blamed for it. All these things make us sad. But just like happiness is temporary, being sad and anxious is also temporary. It always gets over. And until it doesn't all we can do is wait and allow our self to feel.Feel sad, feel lonely and guilty and miserable. Its okay. And you have to feel all those things because without feeling the maximum amount of sadness you will never be able to experience maximum amount of happiness. We restrict ourselves from being happy because we think we donât deserve it. Because you know we have not been punished nicely for something horrible we did five years ago. Maybe we body shamed someone or bullied someone.So we punish ourselves by not talking to anyone just lying down on the bed for the whole day or crying till our eyes swell, forgetting that everyone has forgiven us, forgetting how hard we worked to get where we are, how much weâve changed from that person who we hated so much, who we were five years ago. Everything hurts exactly how it did in the beginning.So allow yourself to feel when you are sad,its okay, we all have bad days, it will get over. Feel and let go .But when you are happy donât restrict yourself. Fall in love with yourself ,love your life. You've been given this one life,accept it fully with whatever it gives you. Learn to find happiness in the smallest things maybe watching a good movie with your parents,getting wet in the rain, making a paper aeroplane,eating your favorite food or standing outside feeling the wind ,look at the birds, the sky, the stars, the moon. Dance if you like, paint if you want. Even if you are not that good at it, still do it, the ones who love you will never judge you and they will be the happiest when they will see you living your life to the fullest.
