tw for eds, depression and mental health stuff in general. i don't post/reblog anything extremely triggering but please keep in mind that those themes still exist here.
i reblog stuff about struggling with mental health that i find relatable and sometimes rant about my personal frustrations about life in general. i don’t post my own specific weight or bmi or calories because i feel uncomfortable sharing that and i don’t want anyone to compare numbers with me.
i’m not pro anything except recovery and you won’t find any tips or “th1nsp0” here. i use this page to mainly vent. being able to relate to people with similar issues helps me cope and feel less alone.
i'll always support recovery and never encourage self-destructive behaviors but if you find this page upsetting and/or triggering, please block me.
