i think i actually hate the BDI theory more than anything else because it’s made the entire premise of RDI come off as insane. also the tv special implicating him and the subsequent lawsuit that followed has made every network afraid of covering the JonBenet case ever again without essentially pushing the Ramsey narrative. To think John and patsy Ramseys PR campaign worked so well to the point that people are more willing to believe their 9 year old son acted alone than either one of the adults in the house was involved. Nightmare. Hell.

i should write a thesis on how my experience in quality control quality assurance and working in GDP environments has enabled me in areas that are completely outside of this line of work. specifically when writing a dissertation length analysis of a true crime case from 33 years ago simply for the love of the game.

mfw my department head has to light a fire under the ass of the maintenance department because of all of the god awful work orders i’ve had to reject that require event reports and said ERs have not been generated within 24 hours of discovery

i don't believe in freudian slips for the most part but i cannot believe that the wm police officer who was questioning terry hobbs about the murders in 2007 (14 years after the fact and this is the first time they're questioning this guy yup mhm) literally just let hobbs saying "the one that was alive" when referring to ryan clark, chris byers' older brother, during his recollection of the evening of may 5th 1993 slide right past him... sir the boys weren't discovered until the next day and they were believed to just be missing on the evening of may 5th... how would you know that ryan clark was the "one that was alive" what on EARTH. he immediately catches himself too!
