This Super Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of ripe bananas with the rich flavor of cocoa and chocolate chips. It's incredibly moist and perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sour cream.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Oil and dust a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Melted butter and mashed bananas should be combined in a big bowl. Blend thoroughly. To the banana mixture, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. Mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl. Mixing until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir in the sour cream and chocolate chips. After the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it and spread it evenly. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean after baking for 60 to 70 minutes in a preheated oven. After allowing the banana bread to cool in the pan for ten or so minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling. Cut and savor!
