Materials

One thing about working in the print industry is that you see materials everywhere. "Oh, what a beautiful example of cut acrylic," you find yourself thinking. Or, "is that sheet metal or dibond?"

So when we saw this, we were obsessed. "How did they do that? Is it styrene? Printed fabric?" We sometimes have the privilege of working with local museums with their signs and exhibits, and it's always to our advantage to figure out how exhibits are made.

Turns out that it was a series of digital projections on mirrors (that must've taken a ton of people to angle it all correctly!), but we think fabric printing would've been just as luminous.
