oomf drew shikirine kuroku as a griffin taur and it reminded me of my take on "what if it was more Creature and less human". i changed it slightly from the initial conception but it's mostly the same. design notes under the cut

its flukes have mouths that sing as well. it speaks either telepathically or through these mouths. when swimming, it tucks its legs beneath itself (you can see them faintly in the original image, but they're pretty far up.) it's about 11 meters tall when standing and 12 meters long (14 including tail feathers.) the starry pattern on its back is a reference to the concept of wishing on a star+kuroku's ability to grant wishes. i was also a little inspired by that big crystal dragon from berserk because i always thought it looked sick as hell.
