From vsfsupdates; I saw this post on ig confirming that VS is again offending every true model that trained hard for months to participate to their castings, choosing over them some socialites (not models) that didn’t even had the decency to attend the castings. I’m deeply sorry for all of those who were rejected not because they didn’t work hard enough for their dreams, but because VS decided to give their rightfull place on the show to these instagram divas with rich and influential families. I’m also sorry for all the girls who got selected as well and the contract Angels, becuase having to share some of your bigger career highlights, that you achived with years of hard work and sacrifices, with somebody who instead bought her place there with social media fame, family connections and money, is an enormous insult. My highest compliments to Victoria’s Secret for forgetting their moral and professional standars in front of publicity opportunities as usual, and that the soul of fashion should be art, not marketing.
