Really rude that 3 seasons into W Series I actually have to start agreeing with Sophia Flörsch that it doesn’t work and the money could have been better spent :/

It sucks because I still love the idea of w series a lot which is to give female drivers their own platform to shine since motorsports is still very misogynistic and it’s hard for women to break through

But as it stands the female drivers get about 2h of running each race weekend and those race weekends are so far apart and now they might not even have the funding to finish this season and the series itself is in debt and no female driver has graduated yet (mostly for lack of funding) and it SUCKS cause the idea is so so good

So the money might have truly been spent better funding talented female drivers who cannot get enough funding
