Now that I am up to date with Firmament I may as well make a post about my FLPC, since she is my pride and joy.
Be warned, there are spoilers for Nemesis below.
The Well-snared Stranger - Alexandra Taylor (it/she) (although it has been procrastinating on Seeking for quite a while ever since she failed at getting a classic short story for St Cerise's).
Fallen London
A monster-loving scoundrel with the bearing of a particularly bloodthirsty Tomb-Colonist, despite her apparent youth. Came to the Neath for bloody, bloody vengeance, and that is what it got. Even with the coat of old Cups as the world's most impractical coat cape (and the blood of almost every killable character in Nemesis on her hands), she found little peace. She has made it her life's mission to get involved with bizarre, unnerving, and downright disgusting people, creatures, and schemes.
Frankly, she is kind of an asshole. Usually the decisions she makes are for her own amusement and personal satisfaction although it has been known to proffer some kindness on occasion. She values cunning, ruthlessness, and good humor above all. She began firmly aligned with the law and Bazaar, although the reveal of the machinations of Cups and her increasing disdain of the Masters has made her move towards more revolutionary viewpoints, and that's not even getting into the Well that calls her name.
In terms of skills, her main focus is absolutely Kataleptic Toxicology, with Dangerous being not far behind. A master manipulator she is not; it prefers a bloody brawl to drawn out plans. Accordingly, despite this not reflecting ingame, I headcanon it's Chess being obscenely low, with it mostly just being in it for the aesthetic of sacrificing pawns and having a board at your disposal.
I don't have much of a concrete backstory for her yet but I do like to imagine her as more of a rough and tumble small time criminal on the Surface in the US, and putting those Dangerous and Shadowy skills to use in the Neath when her girlfriend was murdered by Scathewick and it started its pursuit. It doesn't have much of a desire to go back up, despite having The World as a destiny. In that case it's mainly just her wanting to flip off a Judgement with her typical bravado.
Finally, in terms of faction alignment, it is mainly aligned with the Tomb-Colonies and the Criminals. Especially the former. She adores the stale air of the Colonies and the lack of regard that the bolder ones have for their own lives.
