laurie unbuttoning amy’s painting smock truly rivals the pride and prejudice (2005) hand touch
Little Women (2019) has the same emotional vibes as Pride and Prejudice (2005) and that’s the facts.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) dir. J.J. Abrams | Pride & Prejudice (2005) dir. Joe Wright
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Black Widow and Nakia are especially excellent. And Thor. I mean, so many hammers.
Enzymes - clinical chemistry
ALP:
Present in liver, bone, intestine, kidney, neutrophils and placenta.
80% originates from bone.
If GGT up, ALP from liver.
If GGT normal, ALP from bones.
ALP rises with obstruction to the biliary tract.
ALT:
Most present in the liver, but also found in other tissues.
Very high levels suggest, viral hepatitis, diabetes, congestive heart failure, liver damage, bile duct problems, infectious mononucleosis or myopathy.
AST:
Present in liver, heart, skeletal muscle, kidneys, pancreas, lungs, leukocytes and erythrocytes.
Increased levels may indicate haemolytic anaemia, rhabdomyolysis, increased leucocyte count etc
Distinction in source can be made via CK and Troponin.
AST<ALT = hepatic injury
AST>ALT = hepatocyte necrosis - poor prognosis (AST is found in the mitochondria, not spilled out until severe destruction) - CONSIDER MUSCLE SOURCE
AST:ALT Ratio:
Greater than 2 = Hepatitis.
Less than 2= cholestatic disorder.
GGT:
Found in both hepatocytes and biliary epithelial cells.
Sensitive for hepatobiliary disease.
5 times increase = good marker of alcohol abuse.
GST (Gluthathione S-transferase):
Isoenzymes of GST are involved in the detoxification and conjugation of several electrophilic compounds with glutathione.
Found to be a very good marker of acute hepatocellular damage with a half life of 90min. Not widely used.
CK:
Found in heart, brain, skeletal muscle and other tissue.
Released when muscle damage.
Causes range from exercise injury to hormonal disorders.
LDH:
Found in muscles, liver, heart, pancreas, kidneys, brain and blood cells.
Used to used to diagnose and monitor heart attacks.
Five types of isoenzymes can help determine location of damage.
LDH-1 - heart, red cells, kidney, germ cells.
LDH-2 - heart, red blood cells, kidney (lesser amounts than LDH-1).
LDH-3 - lungs and other tissues.
LDH-4 - white blood cells, lymph nodes; muscle, liver (smaller amounts than LDH-5).
LDH-5 - liver, muscle.
Troponin:
Highly specific marker for myocardial infarction or muscle cell death.
Also used to diagnose other conditions which relate to cardiac muscle injury.
Lipase:
Found in blood, gastric juices, pancreatic secretions, intestinal juices and adipose tissues.
Hydrolyses triglycerides
Acute pancreatitis, pancreatic neoplasia, pancreatic abscesses, and pancreatic duct obstruction can result in high levels of lipase and usually are 2 to 3 times the upper limit of normal.
Amylase:
Is made by the pancreas and by the glands in and around the mouth/throat.
Catalyses hydrolysis of starch
High amylase may indicate the presence of a condition affecting the pancreas.
In acute pancreatitis the levels are 4-6 times normal and remains high until treated.
Chronic pancreatitis, levels will be high but will decrease until problem is solved.
Acid phosphatase:
Prostate cancer - raised in 80% of cases presenting with metastases.

The longer you stay at the hospital, the longer you will stay at the hospital- if it’s time to leave, just leave
DO NOT GIVE OR GET ANY VACCINATIONS FOR YOURSELF OR YOUR KIDS………..
Ok, lets break this down nice and simple.
Formaldehyde is from the purification of the vaccine. 99.9% of which is removed. The reason it doesn’t give a dosage is the ammount is so minuscule that it can’t be measured without going into picograms. That’s one trillionth of a gram. You breathe in more formaldehyde by driving down a busy road than in a vaccine.
Thimerosal is NOT elemental mercury, It is a molecular compound made up of carbon, hydrogen, mercury, sodium, oxygen, and sulfur. This is used as a preservative for the vaccine. Thimerosal is used in a variety of other things, like tattoo ink, facial creams, nasal sprays. It’s toxic to humans only in fairly large quantities but highly toxic to aquatic born organisms like infectious bacteria. In short, it makes sure you don’t get salmonella from a stray bacteria from the chicken embryos. As for the dosage of the Thimerosal. That is the most laughable point in this post. It says 25 mcg, that’s micrograms, or one millionth of a gram. To put this in perspective, a dollar bill weighs roughly 1 gram, the average human eyelash is around 80-90 micrograms. The box also says that it contains a 5ml (milliliter/cc) vial which leads me to my next point.
A little simple math and we find out that 25 mcg = 0.00003 ml and a little more math we find that 0.00003 ml is 0.00006% of 5 ml. Let me put this another way. By the age of 5, an American child weighs about 50-55lbs and their body contains 55 mcg of Uranium. I don’t see any kids running around with radiation sickness, so I think they’re safe with a preservative in them. TL;DR: This is like saying you don’t want your child eating their baked birthday cake because raw eggs were used to make it and you don’t want your child getting salmonella from it.
Thank you so much person.
Ok, good stuff – but there’s even more anti-vaxx ignorance that hasn’t been examined here…
Notice the words on the box “Contents: One 5mL multi-use vial”.
Prior to 1999, most/all childhood vaccines (including influenza) contained thimerosal for its antimicrobial/preservative properties; by 2001, after research by the FDA, and as a precautionary measure aimed at reducing overall mercury exposure in kids (i.e. NOT because they found that the miniscule amounts of thimerosal were dangerous), all childhood vaccine manufacturing stopped using thimerosal – except for one form of DTaP, one form of DTaP-Hib, and in multi-use vials of influenza vaccine to prevent contamination when doses of the vaccine are drawn out of the multi-use vial.
However, ALL SINGLE-DOSE FLU VACCINES (except, as of June 2018, Fluvirin) do NOT contain thimerosal. You can just ask your doctor or pharmacist to administer a single-dose flu shot, and check the ingredients yourself.
So, avoiding all flu vaccines because of your (unfounded) fears of thimerosal is like baking a gluten-free cupcake for your kid’s birthday (even though your kid does not have celiac disease) – then throwing it in the trash because you heard Costco sells 80-serving sheet cakes made of wheat.
