Having a mental illness and a medical condition is so fucked Like being really depressed is bad enough but having high blood sugars 24/7 n trying to remember or even bring myself to test my sugars n change my cannulas is the fucking worst. And the higher my blood sugars are the worse I feel. Forgetting to eat can't even happen because then my sugar will suddenly drop at weird times and I panic panic panic Honestly I don't know what to do anymore Life has no quality anymore no more happiness n positivity I've lost my jazz
