GONGAGA.
I'm back, had some issues
As Riku walked down the driveway of the school hew stopped to think if anyone would really remember him. After all he’d only really met Snow and Lightning, but the way he’d just stopped coming to school, heck he’d have forgotten someone if they had done the same.
Arriving at the main doors, Riku quickly found the cafeteria and got him self a snack from the vending machines, pulled out a book and began to read quietly as he couldn’t remember what his classes were and didnt want to ask anyone yet.
"Man, it's been so quiet lately..." Zack bumped his head against the scratched vending machine plastic. He chuckled; some people wrote really dumb stuff, with keys and those cheap Swiss knives that made high schoolers look oh so cool. He accidentally pressed the wrong buttons of the machine, and instead of animal crackers, the whirring machine began to push Cheez-its towards the bottom. All the while poor Zack watched, mortified. Cheez-its were disgusting! With a sigh, he reached his hand under the 'PUSH' sign slowly, for he'd gotten his arm stuck before.
He noticed another figure reading nearby, but seemed to be too engrossed in the book. Well, now was a time better than ever to meet new people, he always reasoned. "Heya there!" He called, walking over with the insulting red bag in his hands.

"Hmm?" Aerith had been so absorbed in her surroundings that she failed to notice someone else in her general vicinity. Sure, she’d been slightly overwhelmed by the amount of information she’d been expected to retain in a week’s time: class schedules, campus layout, building locations, classrooms, study hours, curfew. That information, though, had thrown her for a new loop in that she had trouble observing the simplest of things around her. "Hello," Maybe I should take a break before trying to jump into this college thing today.
A slight smile pulled across her face as she wheeled around, finding that the someone she’d completely overlooked was undeniably male. "I was just looking around to find the buildings that my classes would be in."
Zack moved his arm to wave before he stopped midway, staring at the student.
"Whoa," he murmured. An angel?
As if his half wave wasn't embarrassing enough (he promptly looked over at his hand before realizing it was still lifted, shoving it in his pocket), he had realized he actually said the angel part aloud. "I-- I mean, hello! Hi there, I'm Zack Fair." He stuttered, scratching his head. "What's up?"
"I'm finished with homework so," Zack swung his hands behind his head, "Anyone wanna play some video games? Maybe train?"

The last sigh of summer breezes swept through the courtyard, playfully teasing the trees with their silken fingers one last time, one lat time before they’re make way and fall to the bitter sting and jagged bite of Autumnal chill. Schedule in hand and hair billowing out behind her, Aerith made her way around campus, exploring the nooks and crannies of every building, scoping out spots to haunt in between classes. Generally, she’d never skip class; education was the single most important thing in her life. She was a straight A student, bound and determined to make it into the realm of college society. When it came to learning, there was nothing more naturally programmed for Aerith than just that. Then again……..there was never a reason for someone to push themselves too far without a break, a wind down, a time of relaxation.
Correction to her previous philosophy: she’d never skip class and be caught. "Hmm," a smile crossed her face as she thought out loud without any intention of doing so, "looks like English’ll be in this building."
Zack kicked a can near his foot, hands poking the bottom of his pockets. It was about time to get to class, but it was quite nice to just stroll around and watch the sky as the bustling school came to a quiet. The sky, the sky was always his favorite thing to watch. His mother used to say his eyes reflected the sky.
Just when he had thought everyone in the area had gone to class, he heard the footsteps of someone else. "Hello?"

"Awesome, what’s your schedule?" Noel asked, digging around his pockets for his. Not finding it there, he frowned and turned to his backpack, pulling out a crumpled piece of paper. "Uh, here’s mine," Noel offered, spreading the paper on the table to attempt to flatten it.
"Ehh, both of ‘em are kinda… eh," Noel replied. "Fencing’s pretty great though. And… hmm, meiosis or mitosis? Isn’t… oh, I see now, awesome, thanks!”
"Haha, don't worry about that, mine got crumpled as hell on the first day since I was so nervous, hm," he carded through his back to find the schedule stuck into his planner.
"Yeah, Fencing and Metalshop are my favorites, aw, you're one period off from me. But we have the first three together, looks like!"
Let Them Eat Cake || Vanille & Zack
"Uh, yes, one chocolate mousse, and! And..." Zack tapped his finger on his chin thinking about another dessert the other students would like. It shouldn't be so hard to choose, he went to this bakery every day for breakfast. It smelled as good as ever; the scent of fresh bread and tea wafted through the air, he was surprised not many came to this place. The kind elderly lady sometimes gave Zack an extra muffin or "More tea to keep you healthy!" as she put it. He figured the bakery was just hard to see, and there was probably some Starbucks nearby. A shame, really. As he moved his hand aimlessly to find the perfect cake, the tinkling sound of the door opening suggested another customer.

"Hey, same! So we’ve got the same homework, right?" Noel asked. He flipped his textbook around to face Zack, pointing to the left page. "I think I’m supposed to read this section here, but…" Noel then flipped a few pages. "But this is the question I’m on, and… yeah, it… I don’t even know," he muttered.
"Bio isn’t my strong point," Noel laughed.
"Sweet, maybe we're in some other classes together. I just don't know everyone yet."
Zack laughed, "Bio's better than English, though." He looked over the section and started counting on his fingers, even though it wasn't math homework, "Uh, the answer is the fourth stage of meiosis. Telophase one? I think." He scratched the back of his head.

"School can really suck sometimes," Noel muttered with his face still in his textbook. He sighed, and pushed himself up again.
"Bio? What grade are you in, you think you can help me, by any chance?" Noel asked hopefully.
"Just the hard subjects," Zack nodded and laughed. "I'm in eleventh, and how about you?" He peered over at Noel's textbook, trying to discern the chapter he was on. "I can try, but I'm not the best at it."

"That’s why I took Ivalician," he laughed.
Noel let out another sigh. He gestured to the open textbook in front of him, and glanced at the blank notebook page next it. “Biology. And to think I could be doing something fun. Right now. Not homework," Noel groaned, letting his head fall back onto the textbook.
"Is it really easier?" Zack titled his head, "I don't even think I can pronounce that correctly."
"I totally understand, man. If I wasn't studying for this Cetran-- Oh. Oh no, I still have bio homework too." He deflated, reaching to check his planner. "I completely forgot..."
[Open RP]
Noel breathed a quiet sigh of relief. “Exactly. What’re you worki—ah, Cetran?" Noel asked, peering across the table. He grimaced. “Yeah, Cetran makes about…" Noel said, holding out his hands helplessly, "…zero sense to me."
"Oh, right, the name’s Noel Kreiss," he added, stretching his arm across the books to shake the black-haired boy’s hand. “You?"
"Zack Fair," He laughed at Noel's baffled expression, "Nice to meet you, man. Guess Cetran's a lost cause for both of us." He peered over at the other student's bag, "So, what're you working on?"
[Open RP]
Noel shrugged off his backpack, letting it fall onto the library seat. He dropped himself into the next one and leaned over to grab his biology textbook from his bag.
He flipped open to page 21, and sighed.
"This sucks," Noel moaned. He let his head drop onto the table, a resounding thud bouncing off the bookshelves.
After a few seconds, he lifted his head again. He jumped slightly when he saw someone else at the table, quickly realizing he’d put his things down at a table that was already occupied.
"Oh! Uh, sorry about that, wasn’t really paying attention, I guess," Noel chuckled.
Zack scratched his head, surrounded by an array of books on Cetran. "Uh." He peered in the one closest to him, eyebrow raised, "No, nope. Don't get this at all..." He trailed off until he heard a chair moving in front of him.
Zack quickly shook off his confused expression and smiled at the student, clearing off some books to give him space. "It's all good! The more the merrier, right?"
