Does my comparison for each group of Critters make any sense? (Please answer why or why not in the comments.)
Daydream Critters = Early Childhood
Smiling Critters = Mid-to-Late Childhood
Nightmare Critters = Adolescence
Frowning Critters = Adulthood
Even though the cartoon versions are more-or-less ageless, if an official Smiling Critters cartoon were to exist, I think this guy might be the example of an "adult" Critter.
What do you guys think?

So, both the cartoon and Bigger Body versions of the Critters are kids, only for someone (Amber Lovebugs? Is that the name of the person?) to get in trouble for saying that... Then someone else said that the Cartoon!Critters are ageless, so what Amber said doesn't count anymore... But one person said that the Cartoon Critters are most likely children, while some say they act like children... Yet the Critters can drive a car... The legal age to drive is 16, which means you're still a minor... But someone said that Bubba is a teacher... But their mannerisms are childlike in the cartoon (being scared of thunder and stuff)...
The Bigger Body experiments are still children... But several years (perhaps more than a decade) has passed since they were transformed into life-sized toys, so that technically makes them adults... But it's been established that the Bigger Body experiments can't age AT ALL... But they can age mentally, which is used to justify aging them up for fetish and NSFW stuff... Despite the fact that anyone who waits for minors to turn 18 are groomers and pedos... But despite all of that, the age of consent is 18+... What???
INUbis' Smiling Critters AU videos seem like they're set in the cartoon version... Yet, they're also orphans-turned-toys, just like their in-game counterparts??? And we see Dr. Harley Sawyer in one of INUbis' animated music videos...

What cartoon style is the white version of Kirby from the commercial for Kirby's Dream Land depicted in?
His design is simplistic and cartoony compared to the comic book-esque Dashing SuperGuy.
If Nega Ben's signature color wasn't gray, would it most likely be purple, since he's more-or-less the opposite of Ben Prime (albeit personality-wise)?
Or would it be too similar to Benzarro's signature color, which is purple/violet?
Also, the opposite of green/lime (Ben Prime's signature color) is purple/violet.
Question: If I can relate to any of the Frowning Critters, but can't relate to any of the Smiling Critters at all, is this a sign that I'm a bad person?
I can ask the same question for any fictional characters that have positive and negative personalities.
Are the Frowning Critters REALLY the only critters that are actually relatable, or does anyone find any of the Smiling Critters and Nightmare Critters relatable?
One of the reasons I love drawing Quackerjack right now is because his design kinda takes me back to some of my artistic roots back in college, when I taught myself to draw the Tex Avery Wolf based off of model sheets from "Swing-Shift Cinderella."
Something I always noticed is that during the step when I'm getting the head angle & the snout down is that the Wolf looks like a duck until you draw his nose & ears. There's something so satisfying in going back to that style of character designs.
Also I totally recommend looking up your favorite characters, see if there are any model sheets online (if not from a book), & practice with that. It's so much fun.

No, no, and more no.
First of all, using model sheets to teach yourself how to draw is NOT a smart idea, because you will not know the basics or learn how to create new stuff. You'll only learn how to copy what you've seen on model sheets.
Second of all, model sheets are for animators only, not for people who are learning how to draw.
And finally, if you are a beginner, and you want to learn how to draw cartoon characters and copy art styles, then my advice is to go outside, touch grass, and attend an art class (or if you're that lazy, you can either download PDFs of books that'll actually TEACH you the basics and draw from life, or go on YouTube and look up drawing tutorials). You need to learn how to draw realistically before you can draw in ANY cartoon styles at all, since cartoons are more-or-less simplifications of real life.
Do NOT listen to this user OR do exactly what they've "advised" you to do, because they're just taking shortcuts. "Learning" to draw from model sheets and style guides is as much of a shortcut as cheating your way to victory.
Moral: There are no shortcuts to success. You have to do things the right way.
