my friend, I hope you are well and have a happy day. Unfortunately, today I received shocking and extremely disappointing news, and I am deeply upset. GFM has deleted my fundraising campaign, and I received an email informing me of the deletion. There are funds I have not received or transferred to me, including donations made since October of last year. My organization, Imperial, contacted them, and unfortunately, no progress has been made.
Your funds will be refunded within 3-7 days.
When you receive your refund, please let me know so I can return it through the new campaign
These funds are intended for the evacuation of my family. There is news that the border crossing will open, and I fear that we will not be able to do anything and that our evacuation opportunity will be lost.
I’m sorry for the delayed response, I have had difficulties with tumblr lately. I’m sorry to hear about your campaign :(. I have re-donated to the link you provided and will post it here for my followers to do the same 💓
Hi, my name is Naomi, I’m from Texas. I’m organizing this fundraiser for my friend, Wafa, who is in Gaza. This campaign is meant to help her
Hi. Now that I have your attention, I'd like for you to consider sending some money to my friend Mohammed (@ahmed-0-khalil). He's only 19, his father is diabetic, his brother is autistic, another of his blind, and his youngest brother (who's name the account and fundraiser are made in) is just 6 years old. Mohammed has spent the past year taking care of them and trying to raise enough funds for them to evacuate, all while dealing with a shrapnel injury in his leg.
If you can, sending even just 10€ would help.

In Gaza, as you know, the schools and universities have been destroyed, leaving young people with only the dream of getting to study hard, achieve their goals, and find work in their field, or even just have fun with their fellow students every day. My good friend Akram and his twin brother Malek were just about to enter university when the war came and took away their hopes of higher education. Now, it's more important than ever for them to be able to return to school. With degrees in their fields of science and medicine, they can be a lifeline and support to their family, and help to rebuild Gaza and protect its future.
But to do that, they need to be able to leave through Rafah Crossing when it opens again, which will cost at least $10,000 for each of them. Because of this, Akram and Malik need to make their short-term goal of $25,000 as soon as possible.
Right now their campaign is at $1,378/$25,000, only 5% of their goal.
The campaign has gone very slowly, and Akram and Malik dream of using their education to help everyone in Gaza. Please donate and share as much as you can, so they will be ready as soon as the crossing opens again.
Hello, dear friends and compassionate souls,

I'm going to keep this simple: Nader and his family are seeking help, they are struggling to afford food and water due to its scarcity, and need money to escape Gaza once the border opens again. He has very kindly asked me to promote his campaign and I am happy to oblige.

At this moment it can feel like there is little we can do to help the people of Gaza in this ongoing genocide but we should not be hopeless. For one thing, there are many Palestinians seeking help here on tumblr and it is easier than it has ever been to send direct aid through Gofundme. I myself have donated €100 to this campaign and it would be an incredible blessing if anybody else could match that. But if you can spare any amount of money, anything at all, to help Nader's campaign, it will be helpful.
The campaign is currently 82% of the way to its goal and I believe we can get it all the way.
I feel very emotional saying that my friend Nader @abdalsalam1990’s family’s campaign only needs less than 7,000 euro to reach their goal of €50,000! The campaign has made amazing progress thanks to Nader’s hard work every day to spread his family’s story. I’m so so grateful to every kind and compassionate person who has shared their fundraiser and donated, it means the world. But i’ve seen many fundraisers slow down as they raise more money because people feel it’s not as urgent anymore. Please please don’t let Nader’s campaign slow down now that they’re so close to reaching their goal. I check this fundraiser daily, and every day when I see the fundraiser grow, I feel hope and love from every person who has chosen to help them.
I’ve been in contact with Nader for a little over a month now. He’s a 17 year old boy who lives in Gaza with his family, including his father Ahmed who has cancer and urgently needs treatment, and his one year old niece Iman who suffers from malnutrition. They desperately need funds to survive in Gaza and eventually evacuate and get Ahmed the treatment he needs to survive his illness. Nader has told me about his hopes and dreams to continue his education outside of gaza and travel to different countries, but the occupation and genocide has taken that from him. Please help give Nader the future he dreams of and let his family survive this genocide and recover in peace from what they’ve been through.
i noticed yesterday after the US election was called, there was a bump in donations to mohammed's campaign. i know he's incredibly grateful for every single donation.
but then by the end of the day it was back to business as usual, struggling to average more than one donation every hour or two. in the last 6 hours he's received less than 7 USD.
our support for gazans must be material and ongoing. 27 people are dependent on this campaign; they don't want to be, but they have no other income source because their jobs and home were bombed into the ground with US military funding. they are still enduring bombing every single day, because of US military funding. they deserve better than just 4 or 5 hours of donations.
as always, please mind the exchange rate: 10 USD is 103 SEK, and gofundme takes 3 SEK from each donation.
Hi if you're reading this and have even like 5 dollars to spare you should donate to a campaign.
Here are a few that are vetted, I also talked with the owners of the fundraisers and I believe in them and I love them all:
Youssef and his family including his baby son (Donations in SEK, 5$ = 55 SEK)
Abood who lost access to his gfm fundraiser recently
Wafaa and her family, her mother with chronic diseases
Safaa and her family including her baby son
And then do your daily click here, it is free.
There is literally nothing you are accomplishing with losing hope and giving up and ignoring what is going on. It doesn't make you neutral towards the genocide, it makes you complicit in it.
There's always a way to help, there's always going to be a way to help, so stand up and act. We can make a change together.

for me, losing someone i considered to be a sibling to me was the most devastating thing i've ever been through. for people in gaza, the threat of death of their friends and family hangs over them every day. they don't have the privilege of not getting to worry about losing people.
ibrahim is no exception. every day, he has to worry about his family members. he has lost more than most people are capable of imagining.

his campaign has currently raised €11,392/€20,000. a boy his age should not have to worry about what he would do if he lost loved ones.
please, please, please. match my donation. if you can't donate €10, donate €5 or even €1. if you really have nothing to spare, tag a friend and reblog this post.
please think of the disabled people of gaza. please think of the diabetic people of gaza. please think of the neurodivergent people of gaza. please think of those whose lives are relying on medicine that has either stopped coming in due to the blockade, or is available in such scarcity that its price has skyrocketed.
we're approaching winter. on top of the challenge of securing waterproof tents and sufficiently warm clothing, some diabetic people in gaza have stopped taking their insulin as they can no longer afford it. those who are able to acquire it for now know every shot may be their last.
I would like to tell you that I am from Gaza, where we now live under bombs, explosives, warplanes from which we cannot sleep for many nights, and other things. This war has destroyed our bodies, our lives and our souls. It destroyed our homes, robbed us of everything, destroyed all places, changed all landmarks, and changed our situation for the worse. We used to live in goodness, peace, and love of life, and now we live in hunger, fear, and terror, me, my children, and the rest of my family. We do not have the minimum necessities of life, and we live in very dilapidated tents. We don't know how to react when winter comes upon us. We will be drowned in rain and wind, and I will not know how to protect my children or my family, neither from the bombing nor from the winter. Therefore, I beg you to help me so that I, my children, and my family can live and survive this hideous war.
Donate a small amount, even if it is $20, for my children.

I hope everyone will donate and share my story: Nour family’s distress call in Gaza!!! All thanks and gratitude for your humanitarian stances with me and your continuous assistance in this difficult time. More than a year of displacement and famine has increased our suffering and difficulties to an incredible extent. We used all the words sadness and grief to describe the situation we have reached, but these words were not enough, as the magnitude of the tragedy and suffering Much greater than what you may have seen or seen on many social media outlets. Dear friends, you can support my family by either donating or sharing my campaign link with others so that the goal is reached as soon as possible. Please help us. We are so tired and no one is looking at us.

They're not asking for much, just €10 should suffice!
By donating, you are not only helping Nader, but you are saving him and his family.
We have managed to raise €12000 since the beginning of our campaign, and as with any other Palestinian who are fighting for their lives against the oppressors, I do not wish for Nader and his family to succumb to the murderous regime. Please, together we can raise enough so that they can afford for basic necessities as well as for them to be able to escape through the border crossing, once it opens.
We have already dealt with Zionists who attempted to compromise the campaign due to their own vendetta against the Ghazzans, and thanks to you all, we've successfully fough back and won, proving the veracity of this campaign. Please, do not back down. We need everything we can muster to help Nader and his family.
It's only gonna get harder now that UNRWA has been banned in the Settler state. Let's fight this battle together!

Do you know what MS (Multiple Sclerosis) is and what it does?
I have never heard of MS
I have heard about MS but I know little to nothing about it
I know some things about MS
I am very knowledgeable about MS

Let me tell you a little about Multiple sclerosis (MS). MS is an autoimmune disease, which means that the immune system starts attacking some part of the body. In the case of MS, the immune system attacks the central nervous system. If you didn't know, the central nervous system includes the brain and spinal cord, and as you can imagine, damage to that can have disastrous effects on your ability to function. Damage often happens in "attacks", and symptoms tend to get worse over time. The symptoms that damaging the central nervous system can result in are so numerous that it has its own wikipedia page (Signs and symptoms of multiple sclerosis), but to list a few that may occur: fatigue, difficulty walking, incontinence, blurred vision, cognitive impairment, depression, speech problems, hearing loss, tremors, and pain. It can be very debilitating at the best of times, but it will turn bad times into much, much worse times.
ID: An info card. On the left is a photo of a woman who is holding her head and making a pained expression. On the right is text that reads: “Long-term or excessive stress can affect health and may make the symptoms of MS seem worse Read more: mstrust.org.uk/a-z/stress” in the corner is the logo for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust. End ID.
MS cannot be cured, but there are treatments that can prevent it from getting progressively worse, and reduce relapse rate. This is incredible news, except these treatments can be prohibitively expensive. On an order of magnitude that can be hard to comprehend. In a country like mine where healthcare is largely paid for by the state, one dose of something like Ocrevus still comes out as between 50,000kr-100,000kr (€4,300-€8,600), and you have to take it twice annually (for clarity: I do not have MS). In the US it costs $78,858 annually without insurance.
Now, I want you to imagine having to deal with something like MS, while also trying to survive a genocide.

I want to tell you a little about Hala Daoud. Hala is in her 40s and has three children: 17 y/o Osama, 13 y/o Lana, and 9 y/o Mohammed. They are living in Gaza, under unimaginable conditions, and Hala has MS.
She is on tumblr @halakamak
I'm sure you know, but the healthcare system in Gaza is all but destroyed. The only chance Hala has to get this treatment is to travel to Egypt, and then pay for the medicine all on her own. The medicine costs $12,000 for a single dose, and getting through the border is not cheap either. On top of that, food and basic necessities have become extremely expensive. If she cannot raise the money for the medicine she needs, her health will continue to deteriorate and she will be left permanently disabled.
Her fudraiser was created all the way back in May, but she has only raised €4,464 out of her €17,000 goal
You have all helped me help her in such an incredible way. Hala did not reach out to me, I found her blog and saw that she was struggling with how to make posts that would appeal to the tumblr crowd. When I first made a post to bring attention to Hala’s fundraiser she had only raised around €1,500, despite being vetted by two different groups. You all helped push it past not just the €2,000 mark, but the €3,000 and €4,000 mark as well. Now I ask you once more to help her, let’s push the fundraiser past €5,000 and beyond❗️
In the last week she has only raised €15! Please, do not let her be forgotten💔
ID: Donations (181): Anonymous, €10, 1 day ago. Someone grayed out, €5, 2 days ago. Anonymous, €50, 9 days ago. End ID.
And if you have nothing at all to give, well first I would ask that you reblog this post of course, but secondly I urge you to keep an eye out for someone who might need extra help with getting their fundraiser seen, on a website they know nothing about, in a language they do not speak. That can help someone raise more money than you could ever hope to donate yourself, especially if you set your mind to it and try again and again.

im making this post to draw attention to the fundraiser of @wafaaresh6. this campaign has been vetted by 90-ghost here. wafaa is also the sister of @mohiy-gaza who also has been verified and confirmed that this is her account.
wafaa graduated from university and wanted to travel, work and have a chance to do many things, but the war has devastated her plans. her families house was destroyed and they've been displaced more than 10 times since then. they have no access to food, clean water or medicine and diseases are widespread. wafaa's mother suffers from hypertension, but they cant find any medication and is her condition is getting worse. the IDF has severely restricted the amount of aid that reaches gaza, and continue to send displaced people on what are essentially death marches by shrinking and changing the "safe zones".
it is hard to state how many peoples dreams, ambitions, and lives have been destroyed or cut short in just a matter of seconds. its unconscionable that anyone should have to suffer this way. to anyone reading this– especially those reading this in the comfort of their homes, in cities that are still standing– put yourself in the shoes of people who have lost everything and consider how important and life changing these donation campaigns could be.
whatever you think you would be doing during the holocaust is what you are doing right now. i think constantly about all of the refugees whos lives were saved- against all odds- through the help of many people, often anonymous strangers. this is really important and peoples lives are at risk. so please– consider gravity of this situation and help support wafaa and her family. every donation helps
ive edited this post because wafaa's @wafaaresh6 old campaign was shut down due to financial issues with the bank and gofundme. wafaa opened a new campaign and will transfer money through her brother to avoid this issue again, but the new campaign barely has any donations so far. please donate and share, its really devastating for them to lose all the progress they made. this is the new link for the gofundme. if you go onto wafaa's blog you'll see it reposted there too
