to answer your question I’m gonna repeat what u have probably heard countless times and are annoyed by, but just practice practice, just keep going.

Another thing that was helpful for me was keeping a Pinterest board of references/poses/inspiration. I found that looking at art/art styles I envied helped push me to create more

ps ur gonna probably dislike ur art, that’s normal and will help grow. (I actually can’t look at my art most of the time) but if u have even just a couple pieces u rlly like, show them off, be proud of them. Keep them as a reminder and motivation
