Artwork inspired by the protests for George Floyd. If you are Black, stand up. If you are white, stand up. If you are Hispanic, Asian, Native American, Middle Eastern, Pacific Islander, stand up. It’s time to unite and stand up against racism and everything that comes along with it. Racism has not only oppressed all Black communities across the word, but it has divided and put down all people of color. It is now time that we end our silence, and speak for others and ourselves. It’s time to get political and educate ourselves about the political climate that we all live in today. Let’s make a difference. Take action. If you’re an artist, create art including people of color. Donate, sign petitions, protest peacefully, support Black owned businesses, Boycott racist and sexist businesses, watch Black films and documentaries, and most of all, vote for anti-racism. Vote for anti-discrimination. Vote for justice.
