Free little websites that can be useful for graphic designers / artists in general!
Color Hexa: this website will allow you to find the hex code of ANY color you want! Just type in something like like "pastel blue" and you'll get the hex color for it. It has saved me some time many times!
Coolors: this website will allow you to randomly generate a color palette based on your taste OR browse the thousands of palettes some people have already created! Very nice and cool!
Unplash: free stock photos to use for ads and what not.
pixabay: free stock photos, vector designs and even sounds!
Fontspace: Free fonts for commercial use!
Google Fonts: Free fonts for commercial use!
AdorkaStock on deviantart: This woman was sent by the Gods, I swear to god. She has thousands upon thousands of photo references you can freely use in your illustrations/drawings the only thing she asks you to do is to credit her in your posts/artwork in case you do use one of her references!
Please stop using DAFonts for your professional work, those fonts are copyrighted and can only be used for personal work only! You should see DAFonts as a "free trial" of a font you intend to actually buy if you're going to sell your work in anyway shape or form. Fonts are very expensive and take a lot of time to make so be careful out there!
Speaking of fonts, this isn't free, but if you have an Adobe CC Subscription you can use their gigantic catalogues of fonts on Adobe Fonts with no extra charge.
If anyone else wants to add any more to the list, feel free to do so!
The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Card Deck:
52 Practices to Balance Your Emotions Every Day
This is the DBT Card Deck by Matthew McKay and Jeffrey C. Wood. This carddeck is based on the The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook book.
This deck promises to help you find Mindfulness strategies to help you stay grounded, Tips to help you improve your relationships and skills for emotion regulation and distress tolerance (which are all skills taught in DBT treatment.)
I'm really excited to start using this deck! As someone who's finished their specialistic DBT treatment very recently (and might do more DBT in the future) I can't wait to keep working on my wise mind.
I do recommend these cards for people who are somewhat familiar with the DBT Skills already, just like the card pictured suggests.
I will be pulling & posting cards weekly together with my Thera-pets Carddeck by TheLatestKate on my blog.
Here's the first two cards I pulled for this week, to start off!

My mistake
I forgot who I loved because I was trying to love everybody.
