still have no refills on my medications so i havent been able to take either for like two to three weeks now

i already ran out of my adhd medication earlier and now i ran out of my anti-anxiety/antidepressant

anyways update:

my medication has appeared to actually effect my appetite, even now (several months later) i still feel like i eat less than before.

have lost some weight while overall eating normally.

recently though ive begun to eat less which might be due to anxiety relating to election season.

also i ran out of my adhd medication this month and haven’t taken it in several days but hopefully i will be able to get a refill soon.

anyways i do actually think the medication is working but i havent been on it consistently for that long and currently being on my period probably has some effects my emotions rn so. i guess ill see in like a month or something.
