Back up to 169 and want to die.
I don't understand why I'm having a hard time shedding 10-20 lbs again.
Last night was rough. Getting shitted on by my best friend if you could call that anymore. Then had an acid reflux attack which lead to me vomiting and the increase of anxiety didn't help relieve it. Thus resulting in like 4.5 hours of sleep and me deciding for whatever reason it's a good idea to skip classes today because of last night. It's like my depression says yes but my anxiety says no.
1st. Ran/walk during class break 2nd. Late night zumba 3rd. BED

And this is exactly happens when I’m home alone. I’m consumed with thoughts and have 0 motivation to study for this stupid exam that I’m freaking out about.
