nicolewilsonnyc: ♟️✨ Celebrating the Final Week of CHESS on Broadway ✨♟️ As CHESS enters its final week on Broadway, I’m feeling incredibly grateful to have witnessed this remarkable production. Based on the beloved musical by Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus, and Tim Rice, CHESS combines a gripping story with one of the most unforgettable scores ever written for the stage. These images were captured during a special evening in support of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and feature the show’s extraordinary leading cast: Tony Award nominee Nicholas Christopher, Lea Michele, Aaron Tveit, and Hannah Cruz. Without question, CHESS has been one of my favorite shows of the season. Between the incredible performances, the stunning score, and the rock show energy in the theater, it completely captivated me. Thankfully, the cast album will continue living on my playlist long after the final curtain falls. 🎶❤️ Wishing the entire cast, orchestra, crew, and creative team a wonderful final week.
