“What are you going on about El?” Abel wasn’t quite sure what Ellie could be talking about. He had been friends with both of the neighbors for more than a few months and he couldn’t imagine what secrets she had been keeping.

“I don’t think there are any saints named Ellie, but I do certainly try,” Ellie said with a soft smile following Abel into the apartment. She walked over to the young girl having a tantrum and bent down to be at her eye level. “Hey Nicky, we’re gonna find your bunny- I just need to know what he looks like?”

"I wouldn't know. Was never into religion. My dad went to church but he never made me go. Thanks for trying." When fueled by anger Abel's daughter would usually go silent. A trait Abel begrudgingly admits she inherited from him. The silence was preferred over the screaming and Nicky's face even changed from anger to mere discontent. Abel answered for her, "The bunny is pink. You can start with the heap of toys on the couch and I'll check the floor."

“Now huh,” Tuesday said with a grin. “Then why are you all the way over there?”

“I don’t know.” Abel was quick to get next to his girlfriend and kissed her hard. The anticipation had immediately overtaken him making any nerves disappear.

“You’re a saint. Usually I can handle this but they are out of control and I was about to break down and beg Nat to come home.” The kids rarely overwhelmed Abel but he had his moments especially when one was crying and the other was throwing toys every where. “Currently I need help finding Nicole’s stuffed bunny or she won’t take a nap.”
