I’ve tried to get into coffee, but never could. Maybe I’m not trying the right kind. Are there a bunch of kinds of coffee?
Oh hell yeah. There’s blonde roasts, medium roasts, and dark roasts. Blonde is lighter because it’s not roasted as long, and therefor typically not as strong. It’s also more acidic. Medium is like, the inbetweener. I think that’s what most people drink? And dark is super black, rich, and with lots of body. Then of course there’s espresso, which is just really strong coffee that’s ground super fine and pulled different to give a different flavor. Honestly, coffee is just as diverse and unique as wine.
No wonder I’ve always been intimidated by it. That’s.... that’s a lot. What should I start with? You seem like you know what you’re talking about.
