You squint your eyes in the direction of the forest edge, between the shadows and the mist you see pale, humanoid shapes. It's not ghosts, not this time, but a herd of brynaglo. This nocturnal herbivore has an inquisitive but careful nature, listening with its large ears to anything that catches its interest before slowly and quietly approaching. It's not unusual for brynaglo to approach campsites in or close to the forest, often with terrifying effect on non locals.

Someday Iâm going to write a book about working in museums and have an entire chapter dedicated to the weird things people have said to or have asked me. On second thought maybe Iâll make that the whole book.
Had a woman come around last Christmas time to âsing carols to the ghostsâ
A museum I used to work at had a notebook behind the front desk of weird visitor interactions going back to the 1930s
Iâll never forget the time someone called the museum to complain that this solar eclipse wasnât as good as the one in 1979. I initially assumed he was complaining about our terribly-managed eclipse viewing event, but after ten minutes of ranting I began to suspect he had not, and the call ended in the following exchange:
Me: sir, did you- did you actually visit the museum for the eclipse this morning?
Him:Â No, but I just wanted to let someone know I was disappointed.
Me: You justâŚ. called a museum to complain about the sun?
Him:Â Well, youâre a SCIENCE museum, arenât you?

A whale of enormous proportions. While it's exact size and weight is certainly a matter of heated debates it was no doubt a really big boi. Here a quick sketch of it approaching a time traveler.

Couldn't get the link to the side-by-side of the WGA offer, the AMPTP counter offer from May, and the final deal, because it's a document to download and too many pictures to take for this post that probably wouldn't be legible, but it's in this tweet (click the link below the tweet to go to said tweet):
Don't forget, the fight isn't over for SAG-AFTRA and next year, contracts are up again for IATSE, including The Animation Guild.
If you're a fan of movies, film, and animation, keep helping the guilds fight the good fight!
Also, please support the other unions that are out their now fighting their own fights including Amazon workers, Local 11 in LA, and Flight Attendants!
And of course, big thanks to strike hero Drew Carey for paying for probably THOUSANDS of meals for striking writers in LA these past five months.
Congratulations WGA and Pre-WGA for your amazing wins with this contract!
