it's that day again!! it's ai's birthday! 🥹🥹 as you probably noticed, i'm not as passionate about love live as i once was. i never connected with gens past nijigasaki, and i have my issues with niji too (i'm looking at you yuu.) but even then... i will always love ai with all my heart

my teenage years were really, really dark. during that time, ai was a character that always comforted me. she made me feel safe, her positivity and desire to make everyone smile made me feel at home. i still cry a little when i think of her. loving her makes me feel loved too, because she loves everyone back

so i will keep drawing her every year. i will keep loving her no matter the fandom i'm in, or how old i get. she still makes me smile like when i was 16
