T3M Exclusive: Scout Boys Change Name to Shelly; Tease Us With Two New Tracks

We learned recently that our friends in Scout Boys would be changing their name to better suit themselves as a band moving forward. Today it is official that Scout Boys are no more and they are now going by Shelly. For a while now, they’ve been talking about the new record that they just recorded with Joe Reinhart in Philadelphia. We also have the pleasure of premiering two new teaser tracks.
