Andy grabbed his briefcsse and Jack's file and headed out. Letting Greta know that he would be in a meeting before heading to the cafe to meet Clay.

Clay pulled up in front of the address Andy had given him, arriving a few minutes early hoping to be able to be able to relax a bit before the Lawyer arrived. Heading in he grabbed a table and asked the waitress for an iced tea, and sat fiddling with his phone glancing towards the door occasionally.
Andy walked in and looked around and saw Clay sitting in the far corner, Andy almost missed him. As he made his way he let out the breath he was holding and sucked it up. He was used to giving bad news.
"Mr. Appuzzo, Andy Barber" He sat across from the other man.
"Sorry for the unpleasant means for the meeting but Mr. Benjamin has asked me to meet with you as soon as possible."
Clay reached across the table shaking the mans hand, nodding at his words. "Yeah, Jack's not really one to beat around the bush about things. Especially once he has something on his mind."
"Shall we get this over with then?" Andy pulls out the papers and slides them over to Clay.
"Me. Benjamin is giving you the house to do what you will along with 3 million dollars that will be deposited into yoi account as soon as the papers are filed."
Clay nods swallowing hard, his eyes raking over the papers as Andy speaks. He knew this moment was coming, but that didn't make seeing the words written down any easier on him.
Andy took out his pen and set it nearby. He wanted to give the man a few minutes to register it all.
"Do you have any questions of me Mr. Appuzzo?"
He let his eyes graze over the papers just a few more times, the words and finality of it all sinking in. After a moment he shook his head, reaching for the pen.
"I don't believe so, I mean it all seems pretty straight forward to me. He knows what he wants, who am I to argue and fight with him on it? I suppose I just need to know where to sign."
Andy showed each page that needed to be signed.
"Thank you Mr. Appuzzo. I'll get these filed right away."
With that Andy shook the man's hand and set out to return to his office.
Quickly signing his name on each line that was pointed out to him, the way he would an autograph he quickly shoved the papers back across the table.
Giving the lawyer a quick nod and hand shake he watched as the man left, taking with him the final chapter of his life for the past several years.
