#tbt I painted this big Echeveria imbricata more than two years ago. It’s still one of my favorite paintings - looking back at it inspired me to start on the new Aeonium I shared recently that’s about the same size.

Last evening, I had an idea. An all vegetable smoothie. I crossed my fingers as the blender creamed my concoction...I took a sip...perfection! 😍 So smooth and creamy, a hint of sweetness, and a nice texture. If you don't add protein powder to it thought, you may want to add some type of sweetener (honey, stevia) or a bit of a banana. 👌 Ingredients // baby kale, frozen cauliflower, frozen peas, almond milk, and vanilla bone broth protein powder. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy! Topping possibilities: extra frozen peas, chia seeds, coconut flakes, coconut butter, goji berries, and/or almond butter!
