My therapist told me that I didnβt need to keep seeing her and it really pissed me off because like none of my problems are solved. My body isnβt having a million and one health issues anymore so Iβm less stressed just cuz theres less on my plate but Iβm still struggling and she talked to me 4 times before being like yeah- youβre fine. Which just made me feel like ahhh
I think her reasoning amounted to βokay you seem really conscious of your issuesβ <- I am conscious of them so Iβve developed 12 million meter barrier between me and fixing them- help- please
