Sam cleaned up nicely. Kurt knew that of course, but every time he saw Sam in a three piece something made him fall just a little bit harder for him. The compliment made Kurt blush, though he cursed his telling skin for its ability to blush at any little thing. He leaned into Sam’s kiss, wishing for something deeper but knowing that they couldn’t get too riled up. They had a gala to go to, after all.
Kurt slipped the cuff links on, taking Sam’s hands in his once he was done. “I’m sorry again, for not mentioning Sebastian,” he admitted, leaning up to give Sam another kiss and running his thumbs over Sam’s knuckles. “But I promise to make it up to you tonight.” He leaned in for one last kiss and then pulled away, sighing as he leaned into Sam’s chest. “I don’t want to gooooo,” he whined, sounding a bit like a child. He was so tired from the flight, all he was really in the mood for was kissing Sam and laying in bed.
After returning the kiss, Sam listened to Kurt’s apology. Realizing he had taken things more harshly than he needed to, Sam shook his head. “You don’t have to apologize. In fact, it kind of makes me feel better about it that you didn’t even think of the fact that you had been with him so it wasn’t something you were thinking about...if that makes sense.” He didn’t know if he was saying what he wanted to say. “But the important thing is that we talked about it and we can move forward. Because your past with him has nothing us.” He said.
Smirking at the thought of something special later, Sam kissed him deeply, wishing it could be more. “I knoooow, but we have to.” He sighed as he rubbed Kurt’s back swaying slightly as he held him. “Any chance there will be dancing during this trip? I’d love to dance with you, even if it is just in here.” He said, hugging his boyfriend close before he knew they would have to go. “Okay, we better get you down to those vultures.” Sam grinned before placing one final kiss on his lips.
