**Battle Dove Seraphine:**
Enrolled as the techie of Anima Squad, their girl in the chair and comms officer, Seraphine had only ever dreamed of being on the field, as her skillset wasn't suited for the field, she did her best behind a screen compared to the Bats, Wolves, and Bunnies.
She'd helped Aurora, their resident genius here and there when it came to adapting and updating suits, and had even gotten asked by Aurora to try on the experimental Dove suit, in the early stages of development.
And it had stayed that way for a while.
Until things got worse, and during a fight with Primordians, all squads had been deployed and were fading fast.
It was just her in the lab, and she was unsure of what she could possibly do.
So, in a desperate last effort, if to even just serve as cannon fodder so they could get out and regroup, she donned the Battle Dove suit, and got as many of the team out as she could.
It was a fruitful effort, and once things settled, she tried to return the suit to Aurora, citing it wasn't made for her, and she just got lucky to have one moment out there.
But Aurora instead refused, stating that the suit had been perfectly compatible with Seraphine, and not rejected her immediately. Not to mention, her naturally heightened hearing had worked seamlessly with the sonic weaponry the suit was built with.
Command this allowed her to become their first Dove, and though she has the rank as leader, she has yet to truly feel she is worth such a position on the team, compared to those who trained for this all their lives.
She tries to put on a brave face, but being able to at least save the lives of civilians makes it all worthwhile for her.
